Ok, I'll play ball.. might be fun.
1. You say Derek Fisher isn't good at all? Ok, I don't know what you consider to be "good." If you're going to compare him to Steve Nash, he's obviously going to come up short, but Fisher is a smart veteran guard with 3 championship rings. He was the starting point guard for 2 of those 3 runs (2000 he was behind Harper) and he's a solid defensive player. Fisher's ability to run the Laker offense is one of the main reasons for the Lakers improvement over last year. He's not Chris Paul or Nash, but to say he's not good is silly.
2. Farmar is not a good passer? What are you basing this on? Farmar has very good court vision for a guard as young as he is. Again, he's not Nash, but to say he's not a good passer just means you haven't watched him play. As far as Sasha goes, you state he has one good game "then lost for 10." Again, you have no idea what you're talking about. Sasha is a role player, he's not a main scoring threat. He's used to provide a spark when needed and provide depth and he does that very well. Since the Gasol deal, he's averaging 11.5pts off the bench in limited minutes and has been held in single figures scoring only 3 times. He keeps up at this pace, he'll be a candidate for 6th man of the year.
3. Vlad Radmanovic, this one I'll give you. No, he's not the player he used to be, but once Bynum gets back, Gasol will start at the 4 and Vlad will be where he belongs, providing depth off the bench. Vlad isn't a very good starter, but he's a solid bench guy. The Lakers have the deepest bench in the NBA like it or not.
This is the worst part of your post by far. Who's minutes will he get? Vlad isn't a starter normally, and Gasol isn't going to remain at center. When Bynum is healthy the Lakers will start 5-Bynum 4-Gasol 3-Odom 2-Bryant 1-Fisher. Not sure why you say that Bynum and Gasol can't work together, that's just speculation. The part about Bynum demanding a trade because he's not starting is silly as well. Bynum hasn't even been the starter the entire year, yet he's never complained, even when being put behind Kwamie Brown. I'm not sure what "attitude" you're talking about when it comes to Bynum.
You really should just stop here. I'm not going to say the Lakers will win the title, honestly, I'm not so sure they will. But to give their lack of bench production as the reason is just silly. The Lakers have the deepest bench in the NBA rather you want to admit it or not. You state guys like Turiaf, Vujacic and Farmar not being the capacity of a champion. Maybe not as starters, but that's a pretty damn good bench. Maybe you should stick to topics you know more about, cause you don't know jack about the Lakers my friend.
