Hoist the Lombardi Trophy
That I’ll agree withIt’s all relative. The Defense is not good by any stretch of the imagination, but it produces sacks and turnovers. The offense is historically bad. Literally

Welp kiss that stat goodbye in a big way.. No points scored in the 3rd quarter yet
Hahahahahaahhaahahahaaaaaa. I love magic too!Flip those numbers around and the game looks a lot different
“Fine” as in getting holes blown in them? The Vikings averaged 66 yards per game coming into today. 66!!! That’s a mighty impressive and fine defensive line!!!Our D Line is fine in the trenches. Keeping games competitive

If a team can gash you for multiple 20+ yard run chunks, guess what? You e got multiple shotgun wounds.I think we are on the same page Bucky. When you are bleeding to death the Dr focuses on the shotgun wound before the 10 9mm bullet wounds
McCoy is the worst I have ever seen in 30 years of watching footballPick your poison, Diggs knows how to eat as well.
Heard the announcers say Michael B. told them they weren't looking for a HC who was an xes and oes genius but an exceptional leader.
That's a solid plan but your coordinators then do have to be excellent. The other issue is if your coordinators are excellent then they get hired away so you keep churning critical employees.
I did see improvements with the offense today but I don't get the sense McCoy is even decent let alone exceptional.

DLine is fine in the trenches??? To me, a D that is fine in the trenches is a team that routinely stops the run. We are routinely pathetic in that area.
The problem was that Arians was a genius at Xes and Oes AND being an exceptional leader.
We should of tried to find both, but if not, we needed to get an Xes and Oes guy who has the pulse on modern NFL football.
Wilks seems like a conductor who doesn't seem to know what the music is or that his orchestra sucks.
I’ve seen many so called exceptional leaders fail as NFL HC.I agree about BA but think his leadership style has a limited shelf life which is why Michael was focusing so much on an exceptional leader.

I’d rather have a combo of both. I really have no faith in Wilks because of his conservative offensive philosophy which he said day one was “pound the rock”. That just doesn’t win consistently in today’s NFL

Exactly why I said it should be a combo this day & age. While I agree that I would prefer a HC with both skill sets l have seen a ton with only the x and o skills fail miserably.
