There is no one to blame but these slow stupid SOBs attempting to block. Arrington is no bust in hindsight and Warner could have played better if these guys didn't suck so freaking bad. It's like having a Ferrari with bad tires and I'm sick of this crap.

This is now DG's line, he's had three offseasons to fix this garbage and it's still stuck in reverse.

I don't even cut the oline coach slack, we know they are bad, pick 5 and leave them the f alone.

Time for shuffling is long over, it should have been worked out in camp and leave them the fark there, we can't fix it now.

You mean the year we were dead last in offense?

I would still like to see Davis at LG. He would be a mauler there. His false starts would all but disappear because he wouldn't be threatened by a speed rush and he would be right next to the QB. This just means that we would have to find a legit LT. Could Shelton have developed into that man with Big playing next to him? We'll never know. What happened to Gorin? Did the Cards give up a pick for nothing?

Oh Yeah!

That magical season when we were last in points scored and lost every road game by 20-30 points! And, last in rushing too!

I mean, talk about the good old days!

Where is Gorin, What did Buffalo see in Wells and why did the Cards not try to do everything they can to move up two spots and draft Winston Justice in the 2nd?? I hate Leonard Davis he blows so hard.

I think Buffalo was acting out of desperation. Unfortunately the Cards were more desperate.

Wells isnt great but he isnt that bad. Now he is in his correct position IMO he will improve with another week to get used to the switch.

The problem is they should of been moved first thing in training camp. Not now.

I like how Green drafts for the most part. But I am starting to think he is a bad HC. Never see adjustments. Never see anything smarter than ther other team(Running the ball with 430 left needing 2 scores? Punting with 230 left needing 2 scores?) What a joke.

I think the above is the major problem right now. Continutity counts for something, and we don't have any.

Two games, two different starting line-ups. It's never going to work if we keep switching them around. If we change up again next week, we'll decrease our chances of winning a lot.

I say we go for the rest of the year with the same five as we had for this game and take our chances.

LD should be playing guard PERIOD. They should stop trying to reinvent the wheel. When you play someone out of position, you end up weekening 2 spots versus having one weak spot.

That I blame on DG. However, crappy play calling and bad management of the clock is all on the offensive Coord. Today was sorry. Not to mention, let EDGE run out of a single back formation. EDGE needs to make his moves quick. He is not a follow your fullback type runner.

It seems like this team is doing everything against the grain sometimes versus letting guys do what comes naturally to them. Does anybody else kind of feel this team does that too much?

No kidding, I think people have forgotten how bad it really was back then. But they are right, we need Kendall

I wonder what game they are inducting him into the ring of honor?

At the risk of paraphrasing someone not here to defend himself, remember Vikesfan told us repeatedly "DG doesn't adjust to the opponent he makes the opponent adjust to him." I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be some macho statement about refusing to be dictated to but it sure appears to be true, he believes he can line up his 11 and beat you no matter what you do. Which is why you see us not making adjustments that appear to be obvious?

Hmmm Step or Kendall, Oliver Ross or Shelton...

I seem to remember old man Emmitt Smith almost hitting 1000 yards... The talent surronding the line is much better than those teams, but the fact isk the guys Green went out and got are WORSE than they were... At least the other guys would have a number of years playing together.

Nobody here thinks those were "magical years", just that after all the talk from Green, he has not produced a better line than the one he inherited. and that is truly pathetic.

I'm not trying to be harsh to you but our line is some form of trick rubik's cube that's broken and not really solveable.

I think the guy from the Broncos actually wanted to work here before he went to Atlanta.

Amazingly we told him to get lost....

First, Wells can't play guard. Then, he struggles at RT.Now, you want to play him at the toughest postion on the OL. I don't see that logic. LD is the best LT on the team and one of the better one's in the league. People who say otherwise don't know what they are talking about. He gets some false starts but,if you put someone else out there, they'll get false starts and also get Warner broke in half by a blind side sack. Is Davis an elite LT? No, but he's in the next level.

Gibbs wanted a big salary and part time job but since he lives in Arizona we're the one team that could have made it work easiest.

I agree about the rubik's cube. You can shuffle a 4 man relay any order you want but if 2 of your runners are slow, you're going to lose. Right now we have too many OL's that are not getting it done, Wells, Step, Liewienski. That said I continue to believe our best chance at C is moving Wells during the bye week, it's obvious someone, Green or Loney, does not believe Leckey can play or he'd be starting.
