Aren't any of you? I know that cards are hands down better in ever avenue of the game but that any given Sunday deal makes me nervous. This has been a huge year and a loss here would kill me.

I'm a Cards Fan. I was nervous when Arizona only had a 30 point lead.

I will be nervous until the final whistle.

It's the post season... Win or go home...for good. Wouldn't be human and certainly, wouldn't be a Cards fan if we weren't nervous!
And it is Aaron Rodgers we are playing... If our defense can't manufacture a steady diet of pressure on Rodgers, while also limiting his ability to make plays outside the pocket (like we did a few weeks ago), I believe come the 4th quarter on Saturday night, we will be even MORE nervous!

Any time the entire season can come down to 60 minutes, I'll be nervous. But my excitement is overwhelming.

I'm taking it one game at a time . For the Packers game I'm not nervous . I watched the Skins -- Packers game and what I saw was the Skins Stab themselves in the leg , then Stab themselves in the stomach , then Stab themselves in the eye .

OH MY GOSH , Look how the Packers have gotten back on track , SORRY FOLKS I'M NOT BUYING IT !!!!!!!!

always

heck -- three weeks ago against GB, and the Packers score in the third quarter to make it 31-8 -- and I was terrified of the comeback

Not the least bit nervous. I'm confident in the Cards. They weren't 13-3 and the most consistent team during the season because it was a fluke.

It probably won't be a blowout, but the Cards have the better team and coach.

Yeah, I'm nervous, I will continue to be nervous, but I'm excited. This does seem like a mentally tough team, and I think the stadium will be rocking enough to move us on.

The good thing about this year's Cardinals team is that I'm not nervous because I genuinely think we're the lesser team, which has normally been the case. I've always had to rationalize our team, like "well MarTay Jenkins is a #1 guy, right? He had a few good games, he really just needs to break out. I'm sure he'll do fine against Deion Sanders..."

This year, it's a matter of knowing that any team can catch lightning in a bottle when they have a good QB.

Leave it to a man that works with words, to find the right ones.

Its the playoffs, so I am just excited. Any Cardinals fan knows, that just getting to the playoffs is not a given. This is sports entertainment at its best.

This time next week I will probably be nervous , because we will be facing a much more formidable opponent than the Packers and most likely on the road in Carolina .

I'm a little nervous. For the same reason I was telling people that Atlanta was going to beat Carolina in their second game I'm nervous for this game. When you get embarrassed like that simple pride will make you want to even the score. Now, Carolina went over the top taking team photos on the field during the game. But like you said, any given Sunday.

Good thing this game is being played on Saturday right

This was sent from my cell pjone so please excise any typeos or other errors.

After seeing the heartbreak some fans had last week...Very nervous just for that and this packers team is better than the one we faced.

I agree and I think we are going to blow them out the backdoor back to frigid Wisconsin... but I am also a Cardinal fan and really freaking nervous about being confident, I have been conditioned by the Big Red's legacy but doing great man lol

This...I think this game may emulate game in Seattle...build a good lead...lose lead...then put them away late. Not in a blowout, but still seemingly in control all game long.

My neighbor (a huge Chiefs fan) and I are going to be cooking out for about 50 people this weekend. He'll be smoking and I'll be grilling an Asian rib recipe of mine. Sides are on the guests. Most of the people will be either Chiefs or Cowboys fans so I have to be careful who I poison. JK :p.

I'm just stoked the Cards are in this position and can't wait for the games to begin. More nervous about screwing up the food. :D

It just feels like anything less than a super bowl appearance would be disappointing, so all these games will be stressful as hell.

One game at a time I guess...I hope this is a comfortable win, but feel like it'll go down to the wire.

Saturday can't come quickly enough.

I was. I am not now. Not even a little bit.

Sure the Packers might be motivated by the shellacking we put on them. However, the Cards want to put an embarrassing loss behind them too.

I'm always nervous. Call it Cardinal Fan PTSD and things have been going so well that that PTSD starts telling my brain that it can and usually does come crashing down more often than not. I can't help but think of the 1998 Minnesota Vikings. A lot of parallels between us and them. They, too, had a veteran QB who's career was seemingly over(Cunningham was out of football for 2 years before joining the Vikings in 1997), both teams were the top offenses in the entire league(Cards #1 in yards, #2 in scoring/Vikings #1 in scoring, #2 in yards), both teams had/have above average defenses prone to lapses, both had unbelievable seasons. I'm really hoping my PTSD can be assuaged and we move on to the next round.
