But he plays video games. Should be smart. Video games make people smarter.
^

Kyler isn't stupid...but his eyes telegraphs where he going to throw when he isn't running for his life back there.
He is a good athlete,, but too short to see over the helmets and hands of 6'7" defensive linemen. What's he making,,
$2.7 million a game? Doesn't appear Cards are getting their money's worth to me.

Who doesn't. Remember Josh had a lot of distracters prior to the draft. To draft someone like that you have to have the faith that you have the coaching/training staff to mold him. I can only imagine what he would have turned into if drafted a Cardinal. We probably would have traded him after a year or two thinking he would never make it.
Allen also has the desire to become the best QB he can be and is willing to take criticism and put in the required work to become a better QB. There are several articles out there where Allen talks about his desire to get better and become one of the all time great QBs in the NFL. Maybe that's why the Bills drafted him, since he already showed the physical traits and he showed his willingness to learn and become better so they took a chance with him in their interview with him.

I can't remember specifically where I heard it or read it, but Allen has also expressed how much he wants to give the fans in Buffalo a title. The results don't hurt either, but it's no surprise why they support him so strongly.

It must be wonderful to have such a long term franchise player, especially QB, on your team to root for. He has a few years to go to make Buffalo fans forget the great Jim Kelly, but he sure looks the part and is off to a nice start. Not sure if it will ever be possible for any QB to take his team to 4 straight Super Bowls ever again, although some might say Brady's total number of appearances, along with 5 in 7 years, tops that.
