The Knicks bench has 10 points, the Suns bench with 3 points.

When Book and KD are cooking they aren't boring, but man, "frustrating" is a good description.

They play at the 3rd slowest pace in the league and feature a ton of isolation... either that or "4 corners", stagnant offense. Guys don't cut, they don't move off the ball, they wait for the ball handler to move and throw the ball to them, with high odds of it getting stolen on the way. They also virtually never have fast breaks (something they were supposed to focus on).

I absolutely think they're boring.

Curious why you continually give them money to attend games? Are you just hoping that "This time it will be different"?

I hate that we don’t get into our offense until 12 seconds left on the clock. We have more shot clock rushed shots than every one of our opponents.

And grab a damn defensive rebound!
We need to have an easier method to get our plays into guys (who still don’t seem to know where to be). We need to be playing faster. It’s annoying

Damn just caught up. Beal……damn it. He is going to be out for a week if it’s a bad sprain.

What’s so frustrating is watching them play teams night in and night out with inferior talent dominate them. Even in their wins they fight and claw to barely to eke out a win (excluding when they play the Grizzlies).

The way KD has logged heavy minutes early in the season is also concerning. I’m afraid he may be on a CP3 trajectory - breaking down come playoff time.

But they aren't dominated--the Suns are beating themselves. Unforced turnovers, no energy on rebounds, no movement on defense...teams don't have to dominate to win. Ask the Spurs.

I don’t see this team going on long winning streaks. We are a pkay-in team and have future assets

Sounds like sarcasm, but I'm truly curious. If I thought the team was boring, I don't know if I'd spend 200 bucks for tix.

I know it's not sarcasm, it is just disingenuous.

You want to talk about the team on the court? Am I wrong or is critiquing my choice to go to games a more enjoyable conversation for you than talking about this mess we're watching?

This invariably leads to questions about the coaching.

They consistently get abused when teams commit to the pick and roll and penetrate to the paint.

And I’d like to believe they are beating themselves too but that narrative gets old when they repeatedly play like that.

I question the offensive and defensive philosophies far more than I question the minute usage.

If we were not so painfully average on both ends then we might be able to let the stars get some rest here and there.
