As everyone should know I'm a big believer in the reason for the Cards being so pitiful this season is that the players will play great one play and then look like jugheads the next. And its equal opportunity screw ups instead of one or two guys doing it all the time.

Here is a perfect example of what I am talking about:

After Fitz 66 yard catch and run the play sequence went like this:

1st down Running play to the left and Hadnot pulls to the left and runs into Jeff King who is running to the right so no guard leading the play and no gain.

2nd Down: Kolb throws a good pass to Doucet who drops it.

3rd Down: Levi whiffs on Suggs and Kolb is sacked.

exactly the reason I'm saying it isn't all Wiz's fault this team blows goats

His success as a head coach and competency is measured only by what he has done in that position. His teams have been a huge failure the past 2 seasons an his decisions HAVE to be questioned.

So the past two years count but the two before don't lol? How you guys can so easily forget what we were like before him and then how great it was going to the playoffs and super bowl amazes me.

Good Points. The significant problem with Whisenhunt, is that he thinks his "system works" for everyone, when that's not even close to being true.

exactly he doesn't seem willing to accept that maybe Warner was unique in his ability to deal with all that pressure because he had a quick release and was so accurate and willing to hold the ball until the last second waiting for someone to open up.

Everyone else has struggled with getting hit so much, the pressure impacts the whole scheme he just doesn't seem to get that his system puts so much pressure on the tackles and they both stink.

To use the old cliche that was then this is now. How can you ignore a 6-17 record, 3-15 since the bye week last season, and many of the same problems existing over a 5 year span and expect everyone else to as well?

Denny Green took Minnesota to the playoffs 8 times in 10 seasons but couldn't win jack in Arizona. Were you amazed that the Cardinals forgot what Green did in Minnesota and fired him?

Before him, we were exactly like we are now. That's why we're so familiar with how this team feels right now.

They do, however what really makes these past couple of seasons so bad is that this TRULY is Whis's team...he purged all of Denny's players for the most part and replaced them with some good talent, but has failed to make up for it with poor FA decisions and poor drafts.

Its his obvious stubborness that is doing him in by failing to adjust his system when we clearly do not have the personnel (especiallly at QB) to execute his style of offense.

His extremely poor choices for coaches and coordinators has been more than documented.

So lets take is career into account here:
8-8
9-7 3 playoff wins
10-6 1 playoff win
5-11
1-6

equals 33-38 regular season and trending even further downward and 4-2 playoff record...At this point he is an average coach at best.

You tell us how things are going to get better before they get even worse.

Look at our remaining schedule and tell us if you really see more than 3 more wins, because I sure dont.

Best case scenario this team wins 4 games and that would make 9 in two years.

I honeslty don't see a better record than 2-14 or 3-13 with possible wins vs. Cleveland and one of the STL games.

What other organization is going to tolerate a record of 7-25 or 8-24 over a two season time span for a coach that didn't just walk in to a broken roster/team?

Whis is toast...
