Defining 3 game stretch coming up. We run the table, we host a playoff game... we lose either division game, and we're toast.

In utterly infuriating fashion, we probably lose to Carolina, then win the next 2 and lose out on a tie break, with Kyler having one great game and 2 games where he was as mediocre as can be.

Regardless, I think he's here another year, they can't get away with tanking again and there is no realistic upgrade.

For me it’s decisionmaking. Like throwing yet ANOTHER brain dead interception as he panicked. He was lucky to get bailed out by a boneheaded penalty.

Also, Kyler trying to throw the game away and getting bailed out by a penalty.

Absolutely a poor decision and yet we blew them out as predicted.

You guys are the first to cry about K1 having a good game in a loss. He had an average game in a win and you are still crying about it.

He had a statistically poor game against one of the worst defenses in the league. This is his passing map. He had like 2 completions over 7 yards.

It's mediocre against a poor defense.

Geno had 312 yards and a TD against the Pats.
Purdy had 288 and 1/1
Stafford had 295 and 4 TDs

Kyler had 224, 0 TDs and should have had an INT.

Uninspiring

He also had several beautiful passes that should have been caught by Marv not to mention the passes to Trey. Yes, he had one boneheaded pass when he was trying to make something happen.

He had a below average game in a win that could have gone very differently if he hadn't gotten very, very lucky. You cannot honestly look at this game and think it moves the needle in his favor, can you?

Geno and Purdy aren’t better than K1.

They do have vastly superior wr talent comparatively which makes them look good.

Who needs a chart I watched the game?

K1 was good today and would have been great if Marv would man up.

I saw nothing that indicates a below average day in this offense.

See - Pats defense is ass - for further reference.

Honestly disgusting we had 15 3rd downs against this defense.

Our dink and dunk offense is the reason for that.

Talk to our terrible OC with the 1940s Wing T offense and our WRs that can’t get separation.

At this point might as well run 3 TE sets every down.

More excuses. It's the offense! It's the OC! It's the WRs! It's 3 TE sets! It's surely not Kyler!

(someone mumbles that the QB can't process fast enough or isn't good enough in the pocket)

Who said that? That can't possibly be the answer to any single problem with the Cards! Kyler is elite!

We won zero excuses are needed.

Had we lost and K1 had a great game you would be killing him for another collapse late in the season. Either way there is no appeasing you guys.
We won. I'm happy we won! I love that Conner had a good game and that our D came up big enough against a bad team. I thought Benson ran hard. I was even happy that Petzing was calling some more interesting plays, a few of which worked! I'm not happy that we can't get McBride a TD (although we tried). I'm not pleased with Kyler's play. I wasn't happy with the D on the first drive, which lucked out with their awful bend but don't break against a bad team leading to a FG miss. I was disappointed in MHJ, or Charmin Marvin, as the name goes. All of those things can be true.

Honestly, that idiotic INT gives you no leeway to defend Kyler here.

JC had a great day not just a good one.

You forgot the fumble by Dortch that could have been a disaster. There were lots of crap in this game because we are not a great team but a good one.

Already said the INT was terrible and K1 has to be better there but one mistake doesn’t negate the whole game especially when it had zero affect on the game.

Yes, the fumble by Dortch was a near disaster! He had a good play later, but that could have really soured the game too.

Don’t forget we our receivers were to small. So now we have bigger receivers but we need a faster one.
