This guy has sapped my entire passion for this team. It's wild. I don't think I've disliked a player more in Cardinals history.

I can't even bother anymore. My best friend was in town, watching the game, and I was around a lot of friends, and I just have no faith in the guy who goes and pouts up a storm and gets on his iPad on the sideline.

There isn't a single star QB in the league who throws up this constant depressed body language.
Many of us feel the same way. This offense is incapable of explosive plays unless it’s a broken play outside the pocket and a lot of that is on Kyler. Maybe play design plays a role.

Again it might be cause of how tiny his arms are/body portion

It might be not being able to slow down his unreal twitch

It might be that he's still shook over that Seahawks pick 6.

However, on the INT he had Trey. I know he said he was going for the TD, but again I question if he can float a pass sprinting hard to his right/left (without stopping).

On the run before the game typing kick he had Higgins wide open and was afraid to just toss it.

He still trust his legs than when guys are 5 to 10 yards in front of him while being pressured. That or he has to come to a complete stop to make an accurate throw.

There's a universe where things get really ugly in ARZ next season SoonerLou.

I don't think it's likely, because I think overall the roster will get better. We'll tweak the Oline and WR room a little. MHJ will surely be better in 2025, Schedule won't be so tough, etc.

But we (on the board) knew it was a thing since 2020, and now I bet you a million dollars it gets talked about to death in the offseason. Next year if Murray doesn't play better in critical/pressure situations, they'll bench him, and then everything will descend into chaos.

Kind of wild to say when there were domestic abusers and DUI offenders on this team.
Who were predominately cut and not given the chance to play forever.

There should be some implied context here... of course I don't mean someone who punched their girlfriend or pulled a Keim. But I'd take ten Patrick Petersons with a 6 game PED suspension in their career over Kyler who just... isn't good.

And I want Kyler gone but if Bidwill hasn’t sapped your passion considering we have been garbage a majority of his existence & probably will be after Kyler is gone then yea you are one strong soldier.
Bidwill held onto the old guard too long, with Keim being a part of a long running order since I was a kid...

But that has nothing to do with Kyler Murray being the definition of a mid QB like I've been calling him since day one, with a few exceptions. And this is a Kyler thread.

Stop watching the dumb clickbait Call of Duty takes on Kyler. The issues are physical. He’s probably lost 8-10 mph on his fastball and the legs aren’t the same.

If it turns out he's hurt I won't be stunned. I think he still has the straight ahead burst but the side to side lateral stuff has not been there for weeks. Even today on that run where he stopped and cut back for the first down, it was only because the guy chasing him totally overran it, it was nothing like the lateral quickness he had in the past.

The arm I definitely think is true, he just doesn't seem to have the gun he used to have

You saying a QB(he sucks I know) being here for 6 years sapped your passion over this team & not the garbage owner who has been here for much longer was hilarious that I couldn’t ignore I’m sorry.

It's not just the QB, but the awful coaching staff and GM we had. Mikey B was probably too loyal to Keim, but I don't think giving the team to Jeff Bezos would turn things around.

Maybe the best vibes around this team in my entire life were the Whisenhunt and Arians years, and Bidwill oversaw those.

No real defense of Bidwill, but Bidwill leaving isn't going to fix Kyler, who stinks. Again, this is a Kyler thread, not a "how to fix the team" thread. Kyler sucks, and I will never wear his jersey again.

He was hired as OC of the Trojans and resigned to coach the Cards.

He never called a play for them, ffs. He was hired Dec 5, 2018 by USC for the upcoming season, never called a play for them, and then hired by the Cards Jan 8, 2019.

Yes, he was "at USC" for 39 days.

Be ffr.

Absolutely wild that people are debating about Kliff... he couldn't sniff a HC job in college after being fired at a middling school, but we were like "this is the guy!" and then overdrafted a tiny guy because of pressure over a YouTube clip.

...Not to mention that Kyler never appeared to actually WANT to play for Kliff. Rebuked him twice when he actually was able to.

IIRC he never actually coached at USC, TT fired him, USC hired him and then we hired him before he actually had been their OC in a game
Yes, it doesn't show up in his coaching career because he never coached there. Hired on paper for 39 days. He was senior offensive consultant at USC AFTER the Cards, which is the timeline issue I had with AZ Natives post.

We hired a failed, fired head coach from TT to be an NFL head coach. He had never done a thing at USC before that.

If the costs weren't going to be insane for Darnold, I totally agree.

That's my fear. If you move on from Kyler and have dead money, and then you sign Darnold and find out he's not what he looks to be this season, right as you get out from under Kyler's contract, you're stuck with Darnolds

Sorry, K1 sucked today too.

I was okay with Kyler's game today right up until the INT.

He and Conner had led the team to 27 by that point. That's was okay. It wasn't pretty but Murray had protected the ball pretty well and had distributed the ball to his playmakers so that they had a chance to be successful.

And he had impacted the game with his legs.

But with a chance to win the game and the ball in his hands... in a December game with the season on the line.... disaster... McBride was wide, wide open right in his line of vision, but he made a terrible decision there.

love the kid to death. Carved up MIA, and then MIN for 58 minutes, HOF game against LA, game winning drives vs. SF, LAC. dominated CHI. But when the calendar flips to Dec man, it's an issue.

Somehow, someway, K1 needs to learn to keep his wits about him when all the chips are in the middle.

I'm sure I posted it here at the time but the USC fans I knew were jumping for joy when we hire Kliff. They REALLY didn't buy into him they thought he was going to be a disaster at USC because USC has always been a pro style offense and they saw KK as a gimmick.

Sure is working now with Daniels

Don't think he ever will. Would love to be proven wrong.
