Looks like that 0-4 road trip beat us up pretty good.
I was disappointed but now I feel much better now.
Why? Here are some good reasons:
1. Because Nash got some rest and it will only be good for Suns when Nash rests.
2. Now we know Barbosa can't handle it. It may be unfair for him but Suns doesn't have time for him to develop. Nash is 30 and we need to capture his prime to win a championship.
3. Our priorities are CLEAR: Get a veteran PG who can create SOMETHING for other teammates (better than 2 assists in 88mins) and Get some players who can play some defense or Bench the players that don't play defense.
4. Our toughest road trip is over so let's get some Ws at home.
5. At least we are off the pressure to win 70W. Now we can "afford" to lose some games and figure out how to win in the playoffs. You can tell D'Antoni wanted to squeeze some more Ws out before the road trip. It hurts the starters but at least we proved that we CAN win if we play hard.
