No, I think that Ben might have some feelings for her too.

(And you better hope that he isn't reading this message board and sees how you feel.)

:)

LOL! Nice.

Was there any indication that Ben had a thing for Juliette prior to this episode? It almost feels a little bit contrived at this point. I never thought before it was that serious.

I always got a sense that he had a thing for her.

Here's something that I only noticed tonight, but may have just been missing for three seasons: When they were showing the end credits, they have a silouette of the island ....and in the reflection of the rippling water isn't the island, but rather a cityscape.

Has that always been there? Am I the only one that's never noticed it?

That has only appeared in Season 4 key art. My thought is that it represents the flash forwards.

Yeah, in fact, for a while you (as the viewer) were led to believe they had a previous relationship.
Yeah, but I didn't think he was that obsessed with her. I guess I forget certain things or don't pay attention enough. When they mentioned Goodwin, I had to stop and look it up, because I forgot who he was.

WTF crazy episode, Is Jin really dead or is he on the island still but has a grave because the world thinks hes dead? I guess Micheal is the spy and was doing so as part of the deal to get walt back. Does Penny know her dad owns the boat that was searching for the island? Next week should be good, and if i were to guess i say the Daniel dies.

I paused the part at the grave and it said 9/22/2004 on the tombstone, so I think he is still on the island.

IN the show, the Losties have only been on the island for a relatively short period of time and not years, So I think its consistent...

On a flying cocoon

It just means they may be covering for the fact that he is on the island.

Remember to the public in the fiction of Lost, Kate saved 5 other people from the Oceanic 815 flight that make up the Oceanic 6 and they were the only survivors. However as we know that is not the case.

There is a chance that he is in fact dead but it may just that they were seperated somehow (i.e. there wasn't enough room for both Jin and Sun, so Jin stayed behind). There are questions on how those 6 got seperated from the rest (especially someone like Hurley who was in Locke's camp) but I'm sure those will be answered in time.

We still not know who one the Oceanic 6 are and that is if you count Arron as one of them, which I do not think he is.

1. Jack
2. Kate
3. Hurley
4.Sun
5. Arron?

I am think Michael and Walt may be 5 and 6.

You forgot Sayid..

IMO Jin is alive and well and eating plenty of fish. Afterall they played up that big he would do anything for Sun ideal in this episode.

Plus Sun and Hurley spoke nothing of Jin actually being dead. The oldest trick in the tricky book.

Plus with Ocean's 11/12 like gag they pulled on us by intermingling a flash forward with a flashback to pull a cheap trick on the viewer it's hard for me to think otherwise.

You are right, I totally forgot Sayid. I guess the 6 are set then.

Sayid is one of them 2. We thought about Arron too not sure if they count him or not he was unborn at the time of the crash so do you count him or not?

I swear I heard on the previews for last night's episode that the last of the Oceanic 6 would be revealed. That means Aaron is definitely the last of the Oceanic 6.

As for Jin, I figure it was a choice that either he or Sun get off the island, and of course, to save the baby and Sun, Jin told them to go, leaving him there. Remember, Sun said she missed him, but nobody outright said he was dead.

Going back to the Desmond episode when he calls Penny. If time and space are affected on the island differently then the rest of our big blue marble, how could Des make the call to Penny with the date/time being out of wack?

The only thing I can think of is... The island and the rest of the planet are on the same time but there is a spacial rift surrounding the island (minus the opening Ben told Michael to take the boat through).

He knew what date it was based from the calendar he saw on the boat, so the boat and Penny where in the same place.

If the ship is on the other side of the international date line, shouldn't he have told her he would call her the day before?

How the season should rap up if you wanted to know

Episode 9 - "Bakir" - Sayid Centric
Apparently this episode will be a sayyid flash forward that will show what event was used to convince Sayyid to work for Ben. Bakir will be the first person Sayyid is required to kill for Ben. He also noted that we will see Abbandon at some point in this episode, The way he worded it to me though made it sound like they would mention or show a picture of him, and that the actor wouldnt actually appear.

Episode 10 - "The Outlier" - Ben Centric.
I am not sure about all the math stuff posted in the rumor that also confirmed the same name of this episode that my friend gave me. However, my source said this would be a Ben flashback that will focus on filling in most of the blanks on his time on the island. Most of the episode will be spent in flashbacks not in real time. Apparently it will show his actions right before the purge, an earlier encounter with Jacob, and the beginning of the pregnancy problem, which will include Annie dying in child-birth.

Episode 11 - "Untitled" - Locke Centric
Apparently during episode 10 Ben will reveal some information to Locke off camera and the two will head off somewhere unexplained. Similar to the Brig, this episode will fill in the blanks about where they are headed. Locke will learn how his father ended up on the island and this episode will show the re-appearance of the rest of the others who have been in hiding. Harper will be in this episode and i guess it is now safe to assume to Alpert will be in this episode.

Season Finale - Ep 12/13 - Jack Centric
This will be a Jack flashforward showing how he got from his state of mind in Eggtown/the beginning of the end to how he ended up in through the looking glass. We will learn who ended up in the coffin and will jack's beginning efforts to come back to the island mirror the realtime events of him leaving the island with the rest of the "oceanic 6".

It seems as if more questions were answered, while opening up a few more questions. I think the end of the series will be Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith with the flashy thing.
