The gods came to me in a dream this morning and whispered New England for their 1 & 2.
I bet NE values a TE now, over a QB. TB12s number difference, with and without Gronk was amazing. They will draft a TE at the end of Round 1, if one of the top 3 are available...then look for a QB like Jones, if he's still available in Round 2.

This is the Patriots. They can trade for Rosen with their first round pick and then trade back into the first... they love moving about

Just listened to a 3:42 video on CBS sports HQ, I tried to copy & paste it, didn't work. You can watch it with the CBS sports app, I get alerts on the cardinals anytime there's news. Anyways, Jason LA Confora & Pete Prisco were being interviewed, they sound 100% sure Kyler Murray will be the #1 pick. Said it's been decided ever since KK got the job. Said the cardinals are trying to drive up the trading value for JR & he didn't fit the NYG mentality of a QB. The guy doing the interview asked them if they had to put money on a team right now trading for JR, which one would it be? They both agreed the redskins love him & are kind of trying to decide what to give up, gave opinions on what they would probably give up. Pete Prisco took the sympathy route near the end of the video. He said "they just need to keep JR, by the end of last yr, he was playing behind the worst off line he's ever witnessed & he deserves another chance". More & more everyday it seems as if KM will be the pick, I want them to keep JR but I'm preparing myself for KM because it seems inevitable right now.

Never forget that the source of these speculative conclusions is pundits reading each others stuff.

They have no sources and the suggestion that KK walked into his interview with the two guys instrumental in picking Rosen and told them, in effect, that it was time to move on is patently ridiculous.

I’ll just say off the bat that the “day-one” stuff about Murray is incorrect, so already, La Canfora is wrong. This is on top of his lack of overall credibility.

Lost count of the number of times that LaConfora has been wrong about the Cards.

If you trade back into the first it will cost you a first in 2020.

The Patriots stock pile picks and always remain flexible. They often let players go as they reach their prime it seems, as Chandler Jones, and still are able to function with something in return... if the Cards take Kyler, the Patriots are at the top of my list trading their first

Fine. Doesn't change my earlier point

If the Redskins love him, then a Keenum/Rosen swap would make a lot of sense for both parties. I think Kliff would love to have Keenum to help him install the offense.

The acquisition of Hundley for the less important position of backup in relation to all our other team needs would not make this trade efficient or right in value for the Cardinals and they should get a lot more in form of picks

The fact that Keenum once ran his system speaks to why Rosen can too.

...Or it wasn't nearly as dramatic and they all discussed it, with keim and mb bringing it up to him during the process. You know, so they could give their new head coach the best resources he believes in to succeed. Your speculation is just as ridiculous.lol
