LT: Jared Veldheer
LG: Mike Iupati
OC:
RG:
RT:

- A.Q. Shipley
- Earl Watford
- D.J. Humphries

Free Agent Visits:
- Amini Silatolu, G
- Andre Smith, T

There is work to do, to say the least. I expect a lot more offensive linemen visits.

Trading Cooper has to be what was causing the "quiet", IMO.

Would love them to sign both Silatolu and Smith.

Honestly wouldn't mind Watford starting.

He played pretty good the games he was in.

I agree. Earl played well and was much stronger against the speed rush compared to Massie.....pretty sure he could add quality to the o-line...very least push any new guys to play better if they want to start.

I wouldn't mind him starting, but at left guard - he is not a good tackle. I think Humphries will be an upgrade to Massie if his head is on straight

Please no. We need to not nickle and dime ourselves in our search for starting OL. He's a serviceable backup, but I do not want to count on him starting.

Rugby is correct. We now have some large holes in the OL that need plugging with the right starting personnel.

We had freaking Larson at guard last year... I think we can find the equivalent if not better and as Chris said Humphries has to man up now, it is the center position and dare I say long snapper now lol

Andre smith i think could play guard too
Silatolu could give a very good back up player
But we need to address the center position in the draft ...just hope not with the 1st pick

Sign Wisniewski to play center or draft Ryan Kelly. I'm good with Watford at RG. Sign Andre Smith just incase Humphries still sucks

With the arrangements that Keim has already made for visits from free agent O-line veterans, it is apparent that he has clearly thought about this in advance and has already begun to address the re-tooling of our offensive line.

Maybe RG, but they are not moving Iupati from his LG position.

We need to sign the RT from Cincinnati, Humphries and him can battle for the starting job. Humphries can also play LT if an injury happened.
Watford will be fine at RG.

We need an upgrade at center.

I feel like this guarantees that Ryan Kelley, C from Alabama is the pick at #29.

Humphries is your starter at RT

He can't be, if Keim is smart. He can be an OPTION, but he simply cannot be the ONLY option. That would be suicidally optimistic.

With the arrangements that Keim has already made for visits from free agent O-line veterans, it is apparent that he has clearly thought about this in advance and has already begun to address the re-tooling of our offensive line.

Yeah, it sure looks like it. Good, good stuff. We're clearly not done yet, and we can't be done.

I'd sure like some DL and LB help before the draft, too. Then we can just draft whoever the eff we want :)

Schwartz has played both OG and OT on the right side, so that is a plus. We will sign one or two of these guys. Smith to me seems like a long shot as the Vikings have an easier sell for him to start.
