Don’t get me wrong but what is an employee of the organization supposed to say? Even as a Friend? Was he badmouthing The previous regime to you in person while employed? That helps with context.
It is TC. So if everything isn't positive, that is the red flag.

Personally I don't find it a stretch to believe that Gannon might be more organized with his camp plan than Kliff was his first year or that Monti is less of a jerk than Keim.

In this limited video, Collins has no pass-rush moves, Johnson is smooth changing directions, Daley is bad.
1 - Daley is not a good OT and that rep confirms it. This drills does make OL look worse, but there is a reason he isn't getting reps at OT.

2 - Confirmed on Collins. His pass rush is going to a work in progress. He should be fine in the other areas but don't expect much early from him.

3 - Johnson looks like an NFL lineman so that is a good start.

I like the idea of a base 3-4 with Collins and Thomas outside. Significantly more physicality on the edge that way. Thomas is a load. Don't think the pass rush will be much with that duo but at least you are taking away something.

Not good for the fans of Mo.

Think about how the folktale will continue to grow when he leaps into starting contention just as camp breaks.

Cool. Teams will just run up the middle for 5.6 YPC. They'll only have to pass rush 10 plays a game because we'll face so few third downs.

Love the first. Way to get on the team.

Don't disagree on the second.

Hayes is buried and Smith is shown as #2 C even though Elflein has been getting snaps

This one still has Hayes buried, but shows Smith as backup RG

OL roster looking like

1-DJ Humphries
2-Paris Johnson
3-Elijah Wilkerson
4-Fro
5-Will Hernandez
6-Kelvin Beachum
7-Jon Gaines
8-Pat Elflein
9-Dennis Daley

They might go 10 deep as this is one of the more talented units on the team. Gaines getting reps at OG makes me think they like Pat as the 2nd string C because Pat can't play G and you aren't holding onto three C only OL. 10th spot likely a battle between Jones and Hayes. Jones probably has the advantage due to playing OT unless the team likes Daley as a 4th OT.

Still early but this is how I would call it right now. We might see a trade out of this group for a fringe roster guy at a position we are weaker at. We saw that with Cunningham when we traded him to New England.

Smith is probably cut. He can't play OG, has Fro and Pat in front of him, and the team is invested in Gaines more than him.

Hard to make a roster when you are in year 2 of learning a new position like C and the team drafts a developmental C along with signing two vets at that position as well.

I think they're trying to get a look at Gaines at guard for their eval on who the swing will be. I think they're set on the swing being someone who can play guard and center. Unfortunately, that rules Mo out and most likely puts him on the PS to get snagged by another team.

Mo will need to mo down alot of dudes in preseason to make the roster.

I've only been to one practice but from what I saw Thomas was lined up at DE not Edge.

WR right now...

1 - Brown
2 - Pascal
3 - Dortch
4 - Wilson

I think those are locked up as of now. We probably keep 6(?). Battle going to be determined by special teams for one of the spots. I would say Brandon Smith and Moore are the favorites for the final two. tought to see the Cardinals hold onto Baccellia along with Brown, Dortch and Moore.

On that. What has their alignment looked like? I guess I have been picturing a 5-2 look but are you saying a 3-4 (semantics, I know) with Collins and Gardeck outside and Thomas inside?

Again with the one practice that I've been to the obvious top 4 were:

Brown
Moore
Pascal
Wilson

I snapped this at TC last week. It was their most used defensive formation that day with Simmons playing the Deep Safety and Budda and Jalen in front of him. They had 3 DL with Collins and Gardeck on the Edge. White at MLB. I guess the best way to describe it is a 5-1-2-1

The other defensive formation that I saw had Simmons removed and Krys Barnes added as an additional MLB. So more of a 2 deep safety look with Budda and Jalen. And I would describe this as your more traditional 3-4 with 2 deep safeties. Or as I called it a 5-2-2
