It's already a good day because the Lobos won the MWC championship and should get a good seed for the tourney.

He is VERY accurate.

I'm sure has been talking to larry so he gets his info from the horses mouth wether it actually happens is another story. I'm very optimistic which normally isn't my mindset.

Marcus was calling this 5 months ago. Usually right with what he says. Its fun to follow him to get inside Fitz details. For instance, Fitz says he "doesn't know about a scheduled meeting with Peyton" yesterday at Warner's event. Marcus copies quote and adds "LOL..." to it. Def one of my favorites to follow on twitter.

What we don't know is...

How plugged in electronically is Peyton to his support team? - which I'd guess would include Condon, lawyer, tax guy, Archie, the Docs, maybe even Eli etc.

We live in a new hi tech era. Do you think there's a steady stream of text messages and PDF drafts of contract terms going back & forth from AZ to distant points on the compass? Can this get a deal done on the spot easier than, say 5-10 years ago?

Wouldn't you love to be in the meeting room with these guys?

If I were a betting man I think contract perimeters may already be in place or he wouldn't have accepted trips to these teams and report that he wants to sign by Tuesday. Not enough time to hammer out a contract that fast but there is enough time to negotiate the details of perimeters already set in place.

I'm not sure what he expects. Last night, two of the local channels reported that the meeting today would be "at the practice facility OR at the UofP stadium"? Were we supposed to roll the dice and pick one?

Now that the news is out, people will show.
