My friends and I discussed this, and as long as you don't know said mama or sister, there is some playing field there. If you personally know the mom or sister, out of bounds. Wives or girlfriends are always way out of bounds. Ex's are up for grabs.

But my friends and I have never ever went that hard core, with the vulgar sister thing or the N-bomb thing. They keep saying it's "the culture in the locker room nobody wants to see."

Appearantly Martin didn't want to see it either.

So I don't know.

He cited one text in particular, in which he says Martin wrote, "I will murder your whole ****ing family." Incognito went on to explain that he knew Martin's message wasn't a real threat, because it was "coming from a brother." Or maybe he knew it wasn't a threat because the message was delivered as a silly internet meme that included a dog?

The image at the top of the page is what Martin's lawyer says his client actually sent to Richie Incognito.

I was one of the few who tried to wait for both sides of the story, ESPN murdered Incognito's rep in about 24 hours. His rep was never stellar in that department but my coomon sense refused to let me believe that it was as bad as Martin and ESPN made it sound, the whole team would've punked Ritchie.
