I'm happy that Q's doing good this season with the Knicks. He lead the knicks in scoring with 27 points and had 9 rebounds as the Knicks beat the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight.

Man, I had picked him up in my fantasy league because I thought he'd thrive in the Knicks "fast tempo" system, then dropped him for Childress when Marvin Williams went down. Oh well... hindsight is 20/20.

The Jazz seem to be getting screwed by the refs tonight so far (it's halftime). Their calling ticky tack and phantom fouls against Utah, but refuse to call anything on the Lakers. For instance, a jazz player jumps into the passing lane and tips the ball upcourt, gets to the ball 1st and gets knocked down by a Lakers player, yet the jazz guy gets called for a loose ball foul. Hopefully the Jazz can turn it around in the 2nd half, but they're down 12 now.

Jazz 15 fouls, Lakers 9 fouls
Jazz 4-7 fts, Lakers 12-18 fts

Jazz already in the penalty in the 1st 4 minutes of the 3rd. Kwame Brown just floored Jarron Collins with and elbow/shoulder and Collins gets called for a defensive foul.

Kobe's on fire, he's hit his last 10 shots in a row and is something crazy like 18-24 shots overall, when he's missed then he's gotten free throws.

IMO The Lakers were more aggresive than the Jazz tonight, and that's why they got the calls. Jazz were playing a second game of a back-to-back, and the Jazz looked tired.

The Jazz looked tired and yes the Lakers were getting the calls, and would have won anyway without the calls. I think that the fiasco last week with PJ getting fined about his complaining about the officiating in a loss to Utah, led up to these "makeup calls". I think the Jazz get a real good homecourt advantage, I hate to see that and now the makeup for that. Kobe was just unguardable by any Jazz player, bet they miss Raja.

Superb fantasy numbers, but they lost by 3 and he missed as many FTs and had 7TOs...

fun finish in the seattle game - but a weird game to watch because it really wasn't typical

with about a minute left ridnour misplayed an outlet pass of an offsensive rebound, causing a backcourt violation - pacers score to go up by 1 - nex possession luke hits a 3 (seattle's only 3 pointer of the night!) to put them up 2

it stayed at this mark with less than a possession left - luke if fouled and goes up and misses both free throws - o'neal hits the game tying shot with 6 seconds left and luke looks devestated

inbounds at half court, luke catches it and they run a pick to get granger on luke then clear out - he hits a running tear drop from about 10 feet to win it

crazy

How pathetic is the Eastern Conference right now? There are more teams that are over .700 in the West (5) than there are teams over .500 in the East (3).

On the Blazers site it said he is just now getting out of a walking boot type cast so I imagine it'll be awhile... pretty bad luck.

Lakers just lost to New Orleans tonight. Lamar Odom provided the "WTF moment of the night." New Orleans just scored and Lamar was taking it out of bounds, but instead of passing it in, he just starting dribbling it from out of bounds onto the court. He was called for a violation.

I saw that as well. Not only was it a huge WTF moment, it happened with about 5 minutes left (or so) and the game was still within reach. Big blunder at a crucial time in the game.

Poor New Jersey... They just lost another heartbreaker, this time to Boston. Paul Pierce with the game winner over Kidd at the last second. The Nets had a 20pt. late in the first quarter, but it vanished by the end of the second. From then on, it was pretty much back and forth all the way until the end.

Kidd had a poor follow-up game to his brilliant Suns performance: 5pts(1-11) 6ass. 9Reb

It looks like Eddy Curry has finally arrived, he has been playing really good for the Knicks. Eddy scored 36 points and pulled down nine rebounds as the Knicks beat the bucks 115-107.

Tracy Mcgrady left tonights game against the Wizards with back spasms.:(

The nets won 105-92, and....
The Nets point guard moved into sole possession of third place ahead of Wilt Chamberlain for career triple-doubles, registering his 79th with 12 points, 13 assists and 10 rebounds.

Meanwhile after a good start for the hawks they are now in a three-way tie for the fourth worst record. That's exactly where we need them to stay.

Did anyone notice that Ben Wallace had rebound numbers of 20, 27, and 15 over his past 3 games??
