So Conor Jackson is now our #3 hitter . . . and Stephen Drew is our cleanup hitter.

I've yet to see a team, in my decades of following baseball, that was ever taken seriously batting its #1 and #2 hitters third and fourth, pushing LaRoche and Reynolds to 5th and 6th.

Has Bob Melvin totally taken over AJ Hinch's mind and body? :bang:

And, what a typical offensive game. Everybody swing for the 3-run HR.

Reynolds connected late . . . and we lost 7-3.

Thanks Dbacks for completely ruining my interest in the MLB this year. I thought they had a roster good enough to at least make it interesting. Guess not.

Becoming pretty clear to me Josh Byrnes has over-managed this whole organization.

For me the problem leads all the way to the top in Byrnes but chances of seeing him relieved of his duties. Hinch was a horrible choice for manager and has clearly not a clue on how to deal with difficulties of day to day big league management. The first step is to get rid of this no hoper and get someone in who knows a thing or thing on managing a ball club i.e. someone who actually has experience of doing the job.

The line-up changes are just flat out stupid.

Johnson
Drew
Upton
Laroche
Reynolds
Young
Snyder
Jackson
SP

Stop changing it. It's almost perfect with the players we have to use.
