Aaron Rodgers: We got our confidence going

“This is huge for us, it really is,” Rodgers said, via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “I talked a lot the last couple of weeks about being able to turn it on. A lot of you probably thought that this was lip service. But we just needed a game like this to get our mojo back. We got our confidence going. I said this week, it just takes one — one performance to get us going back in the right direction and believing we can make a run.”
Packers are coming here on a high from this game. They have been missing something all year and now they may have found it.

Tough game for us. We need to come out strong and finish them off.

need to kick them in the mouth right away...followed up by a stomp to the groin. That thin layer of confidence needs to be shattered within moments of the opening kick off

i dont know if i really beleive in mojo

Washington had it in spades coming into that game -- mojo built off of winning their last four games, averaging 33 points and Kirk Cousins playing as a top 5 in the NFL Qb

the offense promptly scored 16 points

what I do beleive: the Packers were successful yesterday because they ran the ball well. For all the talk about Rogers being back -- he passed for 210 yards. They rushed for 4.4 yds a carry and 143 yards. The drive that put it away -- they basically just kept handing it off the entire drive.

the Cards are going to see Eddie Lacey and James Starks alot.

thats ok, our #1 priority is stopping the run, worked great last go around. Hopefully we can do it again.

I don't care about your mojo, Aaron. Your line can't protect you from a hard-rushing junior high team, let alone Washington--let alone us. You're toast, buddy, mojo or not.

If you get ahead of them early, you force that o-line to pass protect, and then you get to the QB. It will be interesting to see how the Packers adjust from the last game. There were alot of coverage sacks in that game. I would think that they will do alot more short passing.

Hey, you have to play someone, it might as well be the Packers.

Hahaha ... that's funny right there (says someone with the handle "Babe")

Obviously you are unaware that Babedi Mancheff was the hottest, most masculine formula 1 driver in the early-late/middle/late-early 70's.

The dude had more ropes than Run DMC, and more chest hair than Magnum PI.

I think I may just have a phot....ah yes. Here it is.

Locals should be helping out-of-town Cards' fans buy up some extra tickets. When tickets go on sale tomorrow, for the first couple of hours they are only available to people with AZ zip codes, I believe.

I am trying too, my nephew is trying to get us 2 tickets. I said I wouldn't fly again until my back was fixed, but it's killing me know there's a playoff game in PHX and I am not there...UNHEARD OF!!!

Besides Seattle going to Carolina to beat each other up, that Vikings effirt yesterday was the best thing that could have happened for the Cards.

Real easy for BA to say, see just because you destroyed a team before it doesn't mean **** now in the playoffs.

Every team left in the playoffs can beat us.

We can beat every team left as well.

It's about doing it now.

Before the Pack won there were lower bowl tix going for $230 now the same ones are over $300. What will the be if the Hawks come here in 2 weeks?
Here are some confirmed actual sales from ticket exchange;
Sec 121 row 29 on 1/8 $209
Sec 121 row 6 on 1/8 $260
Sec 121 row 11 today $350

Sec 434 row 17 on 1/6 $130
Sec 434 row 2 on 1/8 $150
Sec 434 since last night 217-221

Going up but still less then what they were for the regular season. I tried to get some tix on tickmaster this am and all that were available were singles and very few were not club seats. At least by 10:02

Yes, missing the ability to face terrible teams that have no defense.

It'll come down to our ability to put massive pressure on Rodgers... If we can do that anywhere close to how we did it a few weeks ago, we should win quite easily.
However, if Rodgers has time in the pocket and/or if is able to move outside the pocket and make plays, this game will be MUCH closer than all of us would like...

A Packer fan friend of mine told me that the GB WRs are the slowest timed WRs in football meaning Rodgers has to wait a tick longer than most other QBs in the league, this is part of the protection problem (not just the injuries) and probably another reason for our success last time (because 9 sacks is not indicative of the Cardinals pass rush). If the Cardinals play the way they have mostly all season long they should be able to create problems.

I was just seeing if anybody could possibly explain to me the logic in selling their tickets to this game.

The only people I know who are selling their tickets are selling "extra" tickets that they have as season tickets too. So they are attending the game with their "regular seats" and selling the extras for a huge profit. Not condoning it, just answering your question. (They do this for every game, sometimes for face value, sometimes for a profit).

Just checked on Ticketmaster ten minutes before non-AZ residents could buy tickets. Got a message that NO TICKETS WERE AVAILABLE.

Game sold out immediately when opened up to AZ residents. Now there are a lot of snowbirds here, but this is still a very good sign.

@hallchris57 yep. Sold out immediately.

Yeah, that was bogus, Crisper. I logged in under my account at 10.01am and all it kept saying was no tickets available. Seriously? Kept refreshing but nada.

Then I logged back in at 10.40am with a different browser. All I got were club level at $385 each. Seems fishy to me. They better not release more seats at noon for those darn out-of-towners :)

Interesting. Well, the Cards have announced it is already a sellout, so I think those tickets are gone.

#AZCardinals announced the team’s Divisional Playoff game this Saturday night vs. the Green Bay Packers at @UOPXStadium is sold out.

Darren Urban ‏@Cardschatter 1h1 hour ago
FYI - The #AZCardinals playoff game Saturday against Green Bay is officially sold out.

104th straight sellout @UOPXStadium

And the ZIP associated with the CC must be AZ-related, so snowbirds with Wisconsin credit cards couldn't even buy!

The games are technically ALWAYS a sell-out, because of the blocks of seats owned by brokers. I guess in 2008 a lot of people did not opt-in for playoff tickets because you had to pay for all of them in advance. Now it's pay-as-you-play.
