Phoenix has traded Marcus Morris, Reggie Bullock and Danny Granger to Detroit for future picks, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Suns get a 2020 2nd round pick in return.

Surprised to see Granger go.

Feeling uneasy about splitting the Morri.

I think seperating the twins will keep Keef under control and focus more on the court (BB) responsibilities.

Was hoping to see the old Granger maybe? but maybe our training staff knows something else.

they're big boys, i'm sure they can deal with being apart again.

So much for Marcus Morris being negative value.

We traded basically for capspace and a 2nd rounder which is positive.

Nah because Granger is building a home in the valley to retire.

Maybe the Pistons waive Granger and Granger keeps rehabbing here without signing a new contract until he can sign back with us.

The Suns have cleared $20M in salary cap space, allowing them to potentially sign LaMarcus Aldridge without the need for a sign-and-trade.

I don't understand this, we can sign LMA while keeping Markieff?!

Apparently we could sign LMA for 20M$ first, then re-sign Knight and sign and trade for Tyson Chandler.

This is a good thing, it makes the cap situation more manageable. and makes me think the LA deal may have a better shot then I thought!

OK. With the 12 million we had, we just cleared enough to sign LMA.

Checking the numbers again, the Suns still have work to do to for Aldridge slot. Today's trade dumps $8.4m in salary though.

Very very very happy to see the twins separated and that we kept the better (and lower tech rate one) of the two.

I'm sure they're both upset but they lost the privilege of being united on the court when they started committing crimes off of it.

This is an amazing trade on the surface.

The plot thickens. I like the move regardless.
