Haha I like that as the Suns need to bring in every possible option. As we are so limited now but seriously the Suns will rise again!

What? Okogie was our starter for weeks leading up to the playoffs.

Agree. I am OK with him being part of the regular rotation because there are stretches where you need a defensive specialist. He should never sniff another starting line up. He misses way too many wide open shots and his one stretch of the bench where he shot well from the outside ended up being an aberition. That last stretch he had as our starter? Horrendous shooting. Teams wanted him to shoot.

I'm hoping we're going to beef up our player development group and that we can put Okogie next to a very good shooting coach. I love his effort and his defense but in today's game you can't play a defense only player for very long.

Yup. Turn that guy into Bruce Bowen from the corners and you have a solid as a rock role player. But if he can’t or won’t shoot, there’s just not a place on this team… whatever the he’ll they look like.
