From the above article
Haggans said his mom used to go to sports bars (because she didn’t have a satellite NFL package) “
Dude couldnt afford his mum the NFL package??

BTW Haggans mom cracks me up

“She used to hear a lot of flak (about Porter), ‘He’s mean, it seems like he is a crazy dude,’ ” Haggans said. “She would overhear people and she’d stick up for Joey, saying, ‘He’s not like that. He’s more misunderstood.’

Im sure they'll understand momma Haggans....

Maybe she had Dish Network.

Couldnt he still have got her the right network with the NFL package. Im in the Marines and have been abroad for a lot of the past decade but im sure it could be arranged.

''MARINES....making it safe for the Army!" OOHRA!!''

LOL That's why the Marines had the farmlands/desert of Iraq (Anbar), while the Army had the cities.

But we still love you guys. You take the beaches, while we take the country. :D

I consider it a great honour serving my country and to have your country appreciate it the way it has, has made me very proud so id like to thank all for their kind words and appreciation.

I hope our young linebacker core really picks up the mantle that the vets like Haggans and Porter lay before them as we need this part of our team to step up more than any other.

I have to believe someone in the Real know had us trading up for Daryl Washington.I don't think they had too many doubts pulling that string when we could have gone another way.I'm sure the scouts have done their due diligence in picking Daryl out of a not so deep draft where the CARDINALS actually saw Daryl as a 1st Round draft pick.

I really don't think he's gonna dissapoint.Holding him back behind Lenon is gonna be very Hard.Everyone still wonders if his College skills transfer to the NFL.Well we got him from good roots and teachers that have produced underweight specialists before. Most of you know the names.Urhlacher being the biggest.People did'nt know what to do with him at first either.

Its gonna be More than exciting.Especially with Porter & Haggans as football brothers,Back together again to teach and challenge and not baby Daryl into the NFL world of LB'S.I think they are looking forward to this project.Daryl will have attitude for sure and a team leader of the future is being born.Loved watching TCU the kast two seasons and they had something special. We just got one of the pieces.:)

Porter is the main reason I am holding out hope for the defense for 2010. The last time the Cards had a really good defense was 2004. That was the year they signed Berry and he recorded 14.5 sacks. The Cards finished NINTH in passing yards allowed that season and SEVENTH in passing TDs and 12th in total points allowed overall. With Renaldo Hill, David Macklin and Duane Starks as the Corners.

I really hope Porter brings that to the team this fall.

Thanks dude, it's not that dangerous here anymore.

Mainly have to worry about indirect; when I've gone on patrol I still get the pucker factor, but it's not that bad now. The insurgents know that messing with Strykers leads to their deaths so they leave us alone.
