Rackers gets the meaningless extra point blocked, picked up by DeAngelo Hall who returns it for a 2 pt conversion, giving the Falcons the apparent 21 -20 win.

Referees huddle for 15 mins after the game to determine that yes, while you can return a blocked extra point in college for 2 pts, the NFL doesnt have that rule. While they are all for screwing the Cards, they think that even that is over the top.
