It looks like another WWE Superstar will be testing the free agent market soon.

Although he’s involved in one of the main storylines on Monday Night Raw, it looks like Rusev has yet to sign a new contract with the company. His wife Lana signed a multi-year deal several weeks ago but he has indicated on Twitter that staying with WWE is not a lock for him.

Rusev has changed his Twitter bio to say “soon to be free agent.” There’s no way of knowing if this is his attempt to troll fans or if he indeed serious about looking at his options elsewhere.

On this week’s episode, Buddy Murphy joined Seth Rollins and AOP as part of their stable so that means one more babyface is needed on the other side, which could mean that Big Show could stick around for a few more weeks.

Big Show turns 48 next month and he underwent 5 different surgeries related to his hip issues so don’t expect him to take on a full-time road schedule.

It looks like former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal is close to returning to the ring.

Mahal hasn’t been seen on WWE television since last summer when the company announced that he suffered a knee injury that would keep him out of the ring for six to twelve months.

Mahal was drafted to Raw in October so that is where he will end up when he returns to the ring.

According to Triple H, the door is open on both sides to work together again but brought up how there are a lot of things between now and then. He brought up Fury’s fight with Deontay Wilder next month.

“That fight on February 22nd will be huge to him, as to what his next steps are in all of this. So, we’re open to that stuff but it needs to be right for everybody.”
