Williams at one tackle spot and Dockett at the UT (where he played before the 3-4 conversion), then Campbell at LDE...he could come off the ball and still get his hands in the passing lanes...No idea who'd I'd put at the other DE on the QB's blindside...maybe Acho???

I think he means that Whis was the well regarded Coordinator and most thought was a shoe in for replacing Cowher. The Steelers thought differently and the rest is history.
