Best deal I've heard. Is this for real?

No. I've heard O'neal and one draft pick. They don't want to give up B Easy, and supposedly (and maybe foolishly) Phoenix isn't interested in him anyway because of his attitude.

Possibilities with Philadelphia could be stronger with two fronts, a deal between bringing in swingman Andre Iguodala for Stoudemire with perhaps young power forward Marreese Speights or a three-way deal involving Detroit with Pistons guard Ben Gordon winding up in Philadelphia and the Suns getting Iguodala and Detroit power forward Chris Wilcox. The rub with Iguodala, a 26-year-old former Arizona star, is inheriting a contract that will pay him $56.5 million over the next four seasons.

Any of these deals would be good if Amare needs another microfracture at some point.

Why not wait? If Amare becomes a free agent, we can still try an negotiate a contract with him. If he opts for his option, then we have an expiring contract player to trade. Seems like panicking now is worse than waiting.

It's risky. If he walks, we lose a lot of value for nothing.

OTHO, the propect of trading him to Sixers is equally bad as having him walk. If we stay the current course of reduced role for Nash and are successful to some extent, we might want to take the risk of signing him for market price and using the expiring of JRich plus LB to make a run at the title before Nash retires.

I accept with information: If the Suns do get Dalembert the next step could be sending him to the Kings
for the expiring contract of Kenny Thomas plus one of Armstrong/Hawes/Thompson

Daly won't get us Thompson, but I do think it's possible to get Hawes or Armstrong back.

If we convert Amare into Iggy/Hawes/Thomas, Im happy....
