Not like we were running a deep threat offense with Kolb. He was dink and dunk too.

Not like this though we threw so many short passes today it was funny.

Thats why Ryan kept saying the ball has to come out quickly , if it doesn't it's going to be a sack and Skelton kept holding it

Skelton is horrible. They ran the ball. They provided descent pass blocking. They played great defense and he did not throw one good pass all day.

This loss is ALL on him!!!
Decent blocking? With 7 sacks??

He threw some real good passes but the pick six and the fumble killed us.

BS ! Skelton had time and a good running game today and looked freaking terrible! Poor throws terrible pick 6 and costly fumble in the red zone! He looks like he got worse over the offseason!

Here are the numbers for Skelton:

25/36, 262 yards, 69.4%, 1 TD, 1 int, 88.0 rating

Again, the pick six was the killer... also the fumble in the red zone was terrible, killing a great drive.

Ponder 8/17, 58 yards, 47.1%, 1 TD, 2 ints, 35.5 rating

and Vikes win... because of the pick six, primarily, that has been the difference :bang:

And the three passes to WRs feet ;-)

There's no point defending either QB because both are so bad. Kolb put up two equally pitiful performances the past two weeks against two bad teams.

Say what you want about Kolb but he wasn't making game losing turnovers! This is 2 in the last 2 games Skelton absolutely killing us with game losing interceptions!

Our QB play is making our draft decisions a bit easier every week. How we don't trade the house to move up and get a QB is beyond me at this point. Skelton was dog $hit today.

Or the one to Fitz with time that landed 10 feet out of bounds.

Yea that was pretty freaking awful. Almost as bad as the int while throwing out of bounds :bang:

I'd like to see a Sports Science feature on how an NFL QB with time can miss that badly. It didn't even look like the ball slipped.

Maybe there was a sudden surge in the coriolis effect that caused the ball to shift right 20 yards

obviously it wasn't all on Skelton but the game really turned on that ridiculous picksix.

I guess technically it turned on Feely's missed FG. If he makes that we come out of halftime with momentum.

I gotta believe Whis did what he did cuz he had no confidence in Skelton... Such a horrible display of a QB..

Two key turnovers inthe redzone. Throwing to WRs feet on 3rd down instead of their hands. Yea this loss is pretty much on him.

I blame this game on Skelton. Those turnovers he made were costly, just like the int he gave up against buffalo.

he threw several good passes, and it's never all on one player.

#19 gave a good effort today.

With that said, KK should be put back in the starting role asap.
