Nope. The time between Avengers and Ant Man is basically worthless. They won't take away their audience for Avengers by releasing Star Wars within a month, or even two months. It would also take away from Ant Man's potential audience, and they want to make sure they try to get as many people as they can for that movie.

If this goes through, Ant Man will be moved, possibly to Thanksgiving or Star Wars' original Christmas spot.
