gutted yesterday - would have been an amazing result if we held on.

Still, would have taken a point before the game so not too bad i suppose.

It really is amazing how far this club has come under Quinn and Keane. I looked at our subs bench yesterday:

Marton Fulop
Phil Bardsley
Teemu Tainio
El-Hadji Diouf
Daryl Murphy
Andy Reid
David Healy

Those are some quality players on the bench. They are better than most of the starters we've had the last five years.

if you see the highlights you will see how unlucky we were.

bro i don't care who you are you can't get in front of a wall and back yourself up into it... nothing unlucky about that...

now Kieran's first set piece.. i'll give you unlucky... hit the post three times before the keeper happened to fall on it haha...

overall i wouldn't really say sundy outplayed fullham though it was a deserved draw....

very poor call

naw i've seen plenty of people applaud the decision.... what was Chimbonda thinking when the ref came over to him and warned him right BEFORE the free kick was taken? then threw his butt out and moved players within the wall... sorry but believe it or not that is a foul....

Sorry but if your warned then you gotta use your head because clearly you are being looked at when the kick is going to be taken....

The mags have some good players, but they won't have their best scorer, Owen. Sunderland have the better team and the better coach. The Black Cats will also have a sell-out crowd behind them.

Sunderland win this one handily and serve notice that they are the new power in the North East.

HA'WAY!

Sunderland 2-1 Newcastle

:thewave:

Black Cats were the better team and should have won by more. Richardson does it again with an unstoppable free kick. Getting Cisse has been outstanding. The guy is strong as a bull!

Sunderland beat the bar codes at home for the first time in 28 years!

HA'WAY!!!
