I love this thread so much.. It only confirms what the rest of the NBA is talking about.. Everyone is afraid of the Suns.. 10 pages worth of anti Suns talk.. gotta be doing something right, or no one would be saying anything..

Nash would pay a billion dollars to touch one of Kobe's 3 rings. :p

Here's a good one..

During the lakers championships with Kobe and Shaq.. Shaq won an MVP, Kobe didnt.. Since then Kobe hasnt won neither an MVP or a title.. Yet Shaq has another title without Kobe...

things that make you go hhhmmmm...

Stoudemire's eventful evening included a technical foul after a collision with Manu Ginobili with 9:07 remaining. Ginobili drove toward the basket, leaped to shoot and caught Stoudemire in the groin with a knee as Stoudemire delivered a hand to the Spurs guard's face.

"I think they're on purpose," Stoudemire said of Ginobili's leading knees. "He's a flopper and likes to cause contact."

Said Ginobili, "I think I was in motion before he came. I had of course no intention of hurting anybody."

"Waaaa. Amare is a dirty player! He should be suspended!"*

* see how stupid it sounds Suns fans. Stuff happens in basketball all the time.

i agree that kobe should not have been suspended. but if they are "setting the precedent," ginobili should be gone a game, too. he stuck his knee out as far as he could.

also, your quote makes me think you don't know what happened. amare was the one that got kneed, not the other way around.

Didnt Amare put his hands to Manu's face? That is what I read anyway. If true, they should probably each get a game.

Yeah, I'll admit I was trolling a bit. ;)

Well, is LeBron going to get suspended for clotheslining Wade? I thought the rule was neck/throat was a game suspension.

What a quandry Stern is in when two of the players he birthed from his own loins had a questionable action take place at the end of a game...my guess is we won't ever hear of it again.

Hear of what again? I see nothing; I know nothing.

I just watched the highlights. If Kobe got a game LBJ should get one too.

Kobe had an incident with Mike Miller. That's not a "past."

And after the Mike Miller incident, Kobe said he'd do it again...not to come down there (trying to talk all hard). THAT is why he got suspended then, more than the actual act....it's why he got two games and not one.

That's called a "fight." That's not a cheap shot. Lots of people fight in the NBA. Kobe's fought with Childs and Reggie Miller. Plus he got his ass kicked because Childs is freaking crazy and doesn't mess around.

The Mike Miller thing was an intentional dirty play. Fighting with knuckleheads isn't anything out of the norm. Players get in fights.

If Kobe had been in 4 fights this year, maybe you'd have a leg for that "Kobe has a past" comment. But you don't. When was the Childs fight? When was the Reggie fight? Last year was Mike Miller, and Kobe got his.

You're reaching, bro.
