It's almost if not entirely impossible to commit not one penalty for an entire game. Even the least penalized team in the league peppers in a penalty or 2 during the game.

Everything after presnap penalties is judgement and if the ref doesn’t see fit, than it’s not a penalty. I hate when people blame the refs for everything when they don’t care who wins or loses.
