I really applaud Mr Hayes' efforts, He was always solid in the middle allowing others to do the super star thingy, (AW, DD, Dansby, Rolle) He will be difficult to replace.

My favorite memories are the int in the playoffs and when He split pro bowlers -Hasselbeck and Alexander and took the ball and the game away from them, like taking candy from a baby.

Wish i had that on video?

I'll second that about Gerald Hayes. He gave what he had and then some. I don't believe he was truly appreciated.

Always a professional effort from Mr. Hayes. Loved his MNF introduction/hometown shout-out: "P-Town Hitters. We Hit!!"
