Jokic was 7th in the league in total +/- behind Jayson Tatum, Mikal Bridges, Stephen Curry, Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and Jaylen Brown. The six ahead of him obviously had the advantage of playing on much better teams. To put up a +444 with as little help as he had is just incredible. It’s no shame that he can’t beat the ‘21 Suns or ‘22 Warriors singlehandedly.

Booker may be “worthy,” but there are at least three guys who are even more worthy, and Jokic is the worthiest.

I agree with Barkley. Particularly against Giannis. Against embiid it might work to tire him out. And he ain’t coming to challenge any three point shooter, so it may have more success against Philly.
I'm not so sure. Didn't the original death line-up feature Green at center? They didn't seem to have much trouble with opponent size.

Not sure the reasons for this post, I never said anything about the degrees of worthiness of other players.

So is this your definition of MVP? I think there should be other factors.

Original death was Green, Iggy, Barnes, Klay and Steph.

I mean I never heard the term “death lineup” until KD was there. Could be wrong

No they were calling it the death lineup before Durant. When KD got there they started calling it that or the Hampton Five because the other 4 visited Durant in the Hamptons to get him to agree to sign with the Warriors.

I honestly don't remember who coined that phrase though.

Middleton sprained his MCL last night. We'll see what they say after the MRI, but the Bucks chances of returning to the Finals have taken a huge hit.

That's minimally an offensive foul on Lowry. I would have given him a flagrant. Definitely not a play on.

It's reminds me of Patrick Beverley pushing Chris Paul in the back.

I don't know about a flagrant but a technical would be appropriate, IMO. Absolutely ridiculous. That's some Ginobli like acting on Lowry's behalf.

That shouldn't be happening, especially in the playoffs and by a player on the #1 seed vs the #8.

the part that bugs me is at the end when Hunter is telling off Lowry for a dirty move and Lowry is coming at him like he's trying to start something. Be glad you didn't get a flagrant and move on don't make it worse. I wouldn't be surprised if they give him a Flagrant or at least a fine after seeing that video

IMO, it was definitely a flagrant 1 foul and by definition it could it could have easily been a flagrant 2. I don't understand how it's a no call.

They should review it and give Lowry a flagrant.

I agree with you. Call a double technical to get it under control and move on.
