You know they are running a video of him talking about himself from the combine on the Cardinal site... interesting :)

Dude is 6'5"... 237 lbs and an athletic freak....being compared to Megatron.....
but he apparently is a bit of a knucklehead...
24 is a good spot for him to go,...perhaps they are thinking Larry can mentor his future replacement?

Love to see it happen but it wont. Due to the process of the draft where other teams picks effect your team's pick it makes it a bad idea to fall in love with one player. I saw him play in person. He is special.

my guess is that WR is pretty far down the teams want list for the first round this year anyway...but when you consider pure BPA this kid would have to be considered if he was on the board.
I expect to see the Birds go defense in round 1....either LB or NT

Would've been more likely in the first if Larry got cut loose, but now, there isn't a spot for him on the field.

Swear to god no matter how deep the cardinals are at WR it gets brought up every draft. Oh hey what about a WR in round one... Have you learned nothing???

It's a completely dependant position. We need to continue to build our front 7 on defense and build our interior offensive line.

I have learned that they will sometimes take a WR in the early rounds even when there might not appear to be a need. I do not care what we think and how some want this or that on a forum, it is what this team does. I am not saying we will, or want one, as much as here is a video of only him put up on the Cardinal site from the combine. I have no idea why they did that. The Cardinal's biggest draft smoke screen for sometime is doing exactly what they appear to want unlike other teams which say what they like when they don't. To say it is unrealistic that they would not draft him is unrealistic. It all depends how good they think he is... if they think (not us or someone else) he is very special, they could very well pull the trigger on him

BTW, I have seem some rankings where the guy is not even ranked in the top five and some rankings have him barely in the top ten due to the belief he is a head case. Maybe he slides out of round one and the Cardinals are hoping to find a way to then grab him in round two... the video also really has him basically saying that his character is alright, meaning the Cards are doing some PR if he slips and they possibly might want a chance at him :)

This IS the last year of Floyd's contract, and with Arians' love for speed, I could see this guy being in the conversation.

I would personally love it.

IF he's there at 24, he'd have to be in the conversation. He'd easily be BPA at that point.

Dude will be looooooooooooong gone at 24. Why are we talking about this?

Long gone, really sunshine?

Dorial Green-Beckham's rating as now on these draft boards

Walter Football #4
CBS Sports #4
ESPN #7
SB Nation #6

I have heard two teams had already taken them off their draft boards because of character concerns... it is highly possible he could be there :D

We just resigned Larry, you don't get a WR in the first 3 rounds after that, maybe even later.

Sure Larry was a steal, given the circumstances, but also means you don't take a WR maybe at all in the draft. Maybe late, but who knows. You can do a WR/return man in FA for cheap.

I think you may need to research him if you think he hasn't done anything of the football field.

I don't think they'd take a WR early either but DGB is an extremely talented player and should at least be considered as BPA.

DGBs career: In 2013 he had 800 yards and 12 TDs.

Amari Cooper been doing it for years, but 2014 by itself: 1,727 and 16

Cooper is a 1st rounder. DGB is a tall bum, and its disrespectful to put him in the same conversation (1st round) as those who have earned that draft status.

You obviously never saw DGB play. DGB was a sophomore in 2013. Magnify those numbers with the development that comes from playing more games. You are a moron if you think Cooper has even half the physical gifts AND POTENTIAL of DGB. It is not even arguable by anybody. You wont see anybody on NFL network or ESPN make that argument. If Cooper is so good why was it with a recruiting class that was always ranked number one he won only won national championship when only a freshman? His sophomore numbers actually got worse. With all the number one recruiting classes around him he should of won a national championship every year. The AP 2013 SEC All Conference First and Second Teams did not include Cooper despite his being on the pre-season First Team All Conference Team. Some disappointing results during the season for the voters? Lets compare apples to apples with their sophomore years:

DGB 59 receptions for 883 yards and 12 TD (SECOND TEAM ALL SEC)
Cooper 45 receptions for 736 yards and 4 TD (Where was little Amari? Not on any of the lists.)

Who got their team in the end zone?

Maybe but look at their freshman years. I must be a moron then, because I have to look at the complete package I am buying. With that said I would draft Cooper top 5 where as DGB will fall to the 20's IMO.

The NFL really wants players that regress as they play. Cooper will go before DGB. DGB has a far higher ceiling than Cooper. That is not arguable.

With DGB you're getting a guy who can have Randy Moss type impact. With Cooper you're getting an Anquan Boldin with a little more speed type impact. Both are very good just that, while Cooper may be more consistent, DGB has the higher ceiling, lower floor.

Thing is Kevin White may be better than both of them.
