I've gone through a foot procedure with ligament damage. The ligaments heal within the first three months. The problem is that you have to freeze the joint in place during that time, and all the muscles around the joint atrophy.

You have to rebuild all the strength and slow- and quick-twitch muscle fibers. That's a process you can't rush. It sucks.

Kyler's not going to know until he gets hit, and he's not going to get hit in practice.

Thank u to give some specifics about your experience but I guess Murray has the best medical and training staff around him to allow him to be healthy and almost in best shape in a lesser time

Isn't there some exercise that simulates "taking a hit"?

I was at that game. Murray threw for like 350 yards, but KK’s play calling in the red zone was atrocious. That was the 2nd game oF 2019. Boy, do we miss Kirk! And Murray did last year BIG TIME.
I got so burnt during the game. Then took the guys I rolled with to Bo Brooks for a crab feast. Other than our red zone offense, this was a great game. 2nd game for Kyler and the start of Lamar's MVP season. Great times.
Was that the game I was at too? I think it was. If so we had a pretty good tailgate group at that game.
Yes sir! We had a great tailgate. We used my parking pass to get PA & MD Cards fans in to our lot and then the jocularity commenced. hahaha!

Great times with great friends. Can't wait for the next one!

What’s so “fascinating” about that?
It’s a new wrinkle to the injury report for this year. So it’s all the way a team can allow a player to become active, without all the fanfare and hoopla of making an official statement. At least that’s what I get out of it.

We definitely pulled off some chicanery in order to get into that lot. Always a great time when Cardinal fans can hook up!! What I remember most is how super sunny & super HOT it was. We were directly in the sun where we sat. I remember I finally couldn’t take the heat & went down to the concessions, bought a couple more beers and watched the 4th quarter in the shade on a large screen. We were in it to the last play!

Kyler Murray hasn't been ruled out to play Sunday, although coach Jonathan Gannon was providing few hints about his quarterback's status Friday morning.
"We'll see," Gannon said when asked if Murray could make his first appearance of the season against the Ravens after his ACL injury.

Home against Atlanta is the game I see as Murray’s date to return.
The World Series will be over and the home game will spur on huge interest.
JMHO.

I was at that game. Yes it was a hot one. Glad to meet some of the board members. I wore my personal 17 jersey, the year I got married.
