Ryan looked pretty good in limited pre season action...never had a chance to make the team over LT IMO...... kid got screwed by the wiz fiasco,....hell of a way to start a career.... with a full week of prep time and another week to re familiarize himself with our playbook I think he will be far better than what we saw in the lambs game....
hags are a tough team for anybody so it will not be a cake walk....but he just needs to keep his head about him and he can do this.
Ryan Lindley has my full support...and my deepest wish that the announcers are asking, " who the hell IS this guy......"
Sharpen that pencil my friend.Lindley for the winley!
Too much? ☺
Fitz will definitely help. Hope that he doesn't key on him all game so the DB's set him up for INT'sLindley will have good game today. He'll have a turn or two but will get that elusive first td and the run game will support him. Fitz is here for this one.
I know what Lindley can do because we have all seen it. We don't know what Logan can do because we haven't seen how he might have grown and learned this year. I personally feel I would rather go with an unknown, than what I have seen and know of Lindley.
If Lindley immediately throws a pick or two and puts our D on the ropes after the first couple of series, I would like to see coach just pull him while we are still in the game and have a chance to win. After all, what's the worst he can do .... lose. I know Lindley can do that to. So if he looks like he is going to go down that path, just put Logan Thomas in and roll the dice with him. A loss is a loss either way. Pull Lindley as quickly as possible if he performs like we have seen him in the past.
