What would you give for Kevin Love

Why not bring some players from Europe? I would love to see Sofoklis Schortsanitis in Suns jersey. He could play 20 minutes. He is 29, but Scola also came late in this league, and made good carreer

Schortsanitis? You mean a shorter, fatter Oliver Miller, who is crazier than Ron Artest?

There is a reason he was drafted 11 years ago, and the Clippers never brought him in nor has anyone ever wanted to trade for the right to him.

The more and more I watch Love tape the more I want him in a suns uniform. He rebounds like an animal and offensively Duncan in the only guy even in the same league as far as big men.

His back to the basket game is really good outside of Duncan there isn't a big man in the NBA with a better one. Go look his games up on YouTube that spin fade away jump shot is dream esque. The fact you question it tells me you don't watch him.

The Suns status quo, improved as they were, is a team that almost made the playoffs.

If it ain't broke fix it until it is.

I am still trying to figure that one out.

The next step for the Suns must be carefully made or they will go backward.

An obvious generalization. But a next step must be made for us to become a playoff team. Especially if we depend upon our two stars sharing one position with one of them having a history of losing time to injuries.

That leaves one star who, as another Point Guard we recently had, eventually wore down. We need another superstar (like Kevin Love) to spread and share the load.

I don't know if it was poor coaching or what, but Tsakalidis had all the physical tools and then some. He just never panned out.

The Suns actually had one the the best post defenses with him Cliff Robinson and Googs. He had terrible hands so I don't think he was ever going to be much of an offensive threat but right when it looked like he was about to put things together he had the back injury.

He had some of the worst hands I've ever seen. You are right about Shaq though. He was one of the few people who could keep Shaq from establishing great position in the post a lot of the time. Can't remember where I read it, but supposedly big Jake's body odor was his secret weapon.

The Suns have had the right idea about foreign big men for a long time. Let's hope some day they get it right.

He might be taking it too far, but he is a damn good low post player. He has a reliable hook shot, he is very good at getting to the hoop (Divac/ Scola type of "crafty"), he can face-up and drive to the hoop and he can hit an jumper. He can also pass the ball. I would easily take Love over Cousins, Randolph, and Pau Gasol.

Oliver miller, Rick Robey, the guy we traded Dan Majerle for, Joe Barely Cares, nick vanos, James Edwards, the list goes on and on. Finding a quality big man is hard enough. Finding one without chronic injury issues is near impossible-even for the really great ones like Bill Walton.

No, they don't. If they did, they wouldn't sound like they are pulling all the information they have out of their rear end. I guarantee you that Slin has not watched a full Wolves game in 2-3 years, with a possible exception of one or two against the Suns. Same applies to several other posters.

There IS legitimate criticism of Love. Defense, ability to lead the team, etc, but how people can not know that he is arguably the best big man in the game when it comes to offense is beyond me. It must be willful ignorance. For God's sake, how does one average over 25 points per game without having a go-to move?
