What do you think? We could have Peyton Manning right now if not for a few meaningless victories back in the day . . . what do you think?

In my heart I want them to finish 7-9, but in my head, I know that it would probably be best for the team if they don't.

Right now we are picking #4 in the draft. We need to get out of the top 5 becuase that is were the huge contracts are.

Plus we need a better record to better get FA to at least take our phone calls.

WIN OUT!!!!! Like others are saying, the FA market is where we need to look, this team is young enough at the starting positions. Some good veteran leadership at some other spots would be nice, like say the Oline! If we end up in the top 5 of the draft we will again have a very hard time getting FA to want to play here. If we end up 7-9, well that shows that the team is close to being a winner!

If all it took to win was desire, then we would go 16 -0 every year (or at least 14 -2, since we don't seem to be very interested in beating the 49ers)

Run the table, baby!!! If the Cards tank the home games I will still attend, but I will spend more time trying to sneak pictures of babes in the aisle with my wife sitting next to me. Red shirt red shirt red shirt...

What's really strange is if the draft were held today we would pick #4, and yet we STILL can win the division.......anyway, 3-0 from here on out!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't we go through this last season when some on this board wanted us to lose the last game so we could get the first pick in the draft? Why? Nearly 50% of all draft picks are busts anyway (especially if the Cards are the ones doing the drafting).

A win is something noone can ever take away from you. It's like one of your children. Would you trade one of you kids for an early draft pick? No----I say no and a pox on all those who would stoop to such behaviour.

TANK IT!!!!!! Just kidding, I wanted to be different. You've gotta try to win every game though. These guys are professionals, thats their only job, (and right now some of them are about to be fired.) Besides, how much is a top draft pick gonna help right now. We really are that far away. We coulda beat St. louis in week one, we SHOULD have beat Atlanta and we should have beat SF twice!!!!! I mean were only a few plays away from 8-5 if you think about it. KEEP WINNING!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

These are all good points. But I would say Green wont let them tank it. He wants to build a winning attitude and you cant do that by tanking a season. So I say no to tanking for the good of the players we already have.

It's not about Green Gee

he's lost alot of these guys and better do some quick healing to get them back. Other than that it's still not him, the players are playiung for pride and the fans that they hear every week, screaming in those stands. That said, WIN OUT!!

They don't win when we cheer for them to win, so why should we cheer for them to lose? The high draft pick is a consolation, not a goal. If you NEED to draft a particular player, you make a trade. We might get who we want at a lower pick anyway, which is better. It's amazing how much money one notch can "entitle" a player to demanding.
