So is there any talk of moving the game by the 49ers and NFL?

I haven't heard of any. It's crazy if they don't have a backup option already in place because of poor air quality.

It’s nuts they might play in this. I don’t get it, move the game.
Even if the AQ is around 120, it's unhealthy for people with asthma and other breathing conditions. My wife and my daughter who are asthmatics can't be outside for more than 5 minutes without struggling for air

More on the air quality.

It's bad. I did a 9am walkthrough with the landscapers here at work and as he was leaving he told me they were telling all their field crews to stop working and go home due to air quality.

The forecast for Saturday is now 274, sunday 217. It's about 165 right now in Santa Clara.

IMO they should move the game, just play in arizona indoors and play the 2nd game in Santa Clara. I would assume they have time to do that I know the ticket and hotel part would be a bit odd but with everything else going on why risk player health?

I just realized it now so simple to move the game.

The Niners need a hotel set up with a bubble for them. They have to put all their provisions in place for security and safety. They can't do that at such short notice.

Moving the game would make more sense. Just bump it to Monday when predictions say it will be lower. Although that sucks for me as I can't watch live.

Agree. Be proactive. With no fans, it makes it much easier to make the change

I'll be quite surprised if they don't move it. Our mailman just delivered at work, he had on a filtered mask like for painting or something he said just too smoky for him otherwise.

Yep and if they decide that now, they can probably still play Sunday, if they wait and have to play say a monday or something then it really complicates things like tv.

Just move the game

Well..... the other thing that suffers if the game is moved is the broadcast. I'm worried that we may have TV issues as well. And will Sunday Ticket carry the game if it is postponed until Monday?

Cmon folks. Just switch the games. Or move it somewhere else.

HOLY CRAP MAN!!!!! How many tabs does one need open at one time @Russ Smith ????

It's because I have so many work tabs that the shortcuts don't always work so I just leave them open. All the green m&M ones are company internal, the red blue and white ones are the HVAC controls etc That's like 15 of them right there. You can't bookmark them or you have to log in everytime so I just leave a tab open.

I shared my screen on a company meeting earlier in the week and both guys on the call were saying the same thing too many tabs open

Here is a better solution - just move the game here.

All they have to do is pump in the crowd noise when we are on offense - since there is no actual crowd I don't know why this would be an issue.

They should have just swapped the games when the air quality came into question. Makes sense they are trying not to make a last minute swap now.
