I'm thrilled he's running less he's beating guys from the pocket and on moving and then stopping and throwing. The more he runs the more chance he gets hurt.
Curious the approach to this game. I know Hopkins went off, but it was Kyler rushing for 100 yards (minus the kneeldowns) that beat them last year.

Who has the chicken picked to win? The chicken picked the Cardinals last week.

I'm nervous about this game because of the last meeting with the Niners. I don't think they are better, but the Cardinals are due a letdown.

Clucko picks tomorrow

Butt Fumble calls games?

I mean maybe he is good...
Cards one of the most exciting teams in NFL and sport the NFL’s best record and keep getting the most ridiculous and terrible broadcasting crews to call their games.

They basically eliminated us last year. Not a trap
I don't think that will truly matter this weekend. Especially when a lot of our players were either not on the team, or hurt and not playing for that game.

Like the Rams last week, we are coming off a big win and returning home against a team looking like it may be in some trouble.

I'd call it a trap personally.

Here's where we'll see how Kliff/Kyler have grown. Against Niner backups last year.
Similar blitzes from the side by DBs spooked him.
So spooked by the blitzes that forced him left is why his mechanics fell apart on that redzone play.

(Could have stepped up and maybe hit DHop for a 4 yard pass)

End of the game we pick it up but Kyler panics and throws off his back foot.
I just dont think throwing goal line fades to Kirk is a wise idea at all. Even if he stepped into that throw.

Since its only 15 yards or so I'd rather Fitz, Arnold or KJ be outside tbh.

Warner is a beast, but maybe throwing a back shoulder fade to Fitz here would have been a better option in the slot.

Hudson's done such a good job that I'm not too worried about interior pressure. Key for Kyler will be how he handles defensive backs forcing him left/or daring him to throw over them/muddy pocket

It's a different beast this year I think. Hard to drop LB's into coverage on Moore or Kirk while they rush Kyler. I'd like to see them try as Kyler has been good identifying the blitz.

I like that the first two things Kliff said about this game was:

two rookie QBs had their best games vs us last year
SF eliminated us from the playoffs last year

i think that is this weeks theme inside the building

One of my arguments with my Rams fan friend about the Rams all offseason is that they couldn't continue to lose quality defenders AND coaches and keep up their level of play.

Troy Hill and John Johnson were really good players in their secondary and the Rams are missing them. Jordan Fuller/Taylor Rapp haven't replaced Johnson's stellar play, and David Long has been picked on all year long in place of Troy Hill.

That Browns game is going to be fierce.
