They can't be taken away. They can be offered a contract by another team. The player doesn't have to say yes.

No player is going to say no to a major pay raise and a chance to be on an active roster.

Okwara is a decent addition to the practice squad. Only 9 sacks and 12 tackles for loss in 4 years, but he was an early 3rd round pick in 2020 and had 12 sacks and 18.5 TFL has last two years combined at Notre Dame.

Called that one in another thread. Not a star player but who is at this point. Probably the best option available. He probably sees the writing on the wall and figures he can get some game checks soon.

Bruh that CB room is extremely young. Congrats to Clark and ST5 for making it through camp, but it's really hard to imagine that they wouldn't have preferred more depth at, like, off-ball linebacker.
