Agree. He needs to pass for 400 yds a game and 85% completions. It's a passing league for God's sake so why are we wasting our time with an undersized game manager? We obviously can't win with this guy...he's never even passed for 50 TDs in a season.

How do I reply to this and stay "positive"? How about I just use stats? Are stats neutral enough?
You do realise there's a middle ground between ever passing over 4000 yards, and 26 touchdowns and your scenario right?
Is it really too much to ask to have a QB that can win games with his arm as well as his legs?
Kyler has 13 career games passing over 300 yards in a career where he is 30-39, he has 19 games with less than 200 yards. His career YPA is 7. He's just shy of 2 to 1 for TD to INTs. He averages 237 yards per game with a 92 passer rating.
Tua, who even his own fans aren't sold on. Has a better 96.4 passer rating, 7.7 YPA, a better TD %, slightly better YPG and a slightly better comp %. He also have 13 career games over 300 yards in 15 less games.
If y'all are happy with Kyler as a passer then great for you. Personally I'd prefer someone that can win games with their arm, because when Kyler can't run and we can't get JC going this team is historically bad.
If you stop this team running you're going to win 9 out of 10, and that's no way to compete for anything. Kyler is 0-13-1 when rushing less than 5 times. His average in every win over his career is 8 rushes for 42 yards. When he can start winning games with his arm, as QB's are supposed to do, then we will be ready to challenge for something.
