I don't know. Those stats in a convincing win look pretty good.
They look like what any solid QB should do to this terrible NE team and hardly “elite” like some would claim it is.

But Cardinals fans are so starved for even QB mediocrity will blow that kind of game out of proportion.

I'll just take a win. I know it's unlikely but in theory we still control our own destiny. Win out and we win the division.

I don't think we will but until that's off the table that's what I'm pulling for

I'm sure there are some, I don't think it's nearly as many as you think. For one thing, Nix will be 25 in Feb, he's like 2 1/2 years younger than Kyler is. Normally when you're comparing a 6th year guy with a rookie one of the big advantages for the rookie is he's so much younger, but Nix is a VERY old rookie. The implication being he may have a higher floor, but very likely a lower ceiling.

Ask those same 30 NFL teams who would you prefer to run your offense, Sean Payton or Petzing, I'm betting you get 30 Sean Paytons
Payton did not want this team because of Kyler, Kyelr only swims in shallow kiddy pools and is afraid of the deep end. The smart play is to trade him for assets and line up for the 2026 Draft

Admittedly it's been awhile but we had an entire thread of people wanting us to get Watson at the time and arguing he was better than Kyler.

My argument had nothing to do with football, I didn't believe he was innocent and thought you can't rely on someone like that.
I will admit I was wrong about Watson, but I was also right about Kyler. The only difference is the Browns are probably going to cut bait and eat it. I think Kyler could be traded for little but at least something

Off topic but the saying is are you going to fish or cut bait. So getting rid of Watson would be fish and not cut bait??? I see that a lot on here and don't know why???

Forgot to add of course Im assuming Seattle would lose 3 games in that scenario which is NOT of course a given

I don’t. Are if you get up by 100, you keep playing your offensive starters and out the peddle to the metal. Get some continuity, find out what works and get some confidence

I just don’t understand why we keep running that route? Marv NEVER has separation on it, it’s not in the end zone - why?

Tell me you don’t know what “control your destiny means” without telling me…

I think with 10 wins we probably get in but yes I should have explained I was assuming Seattle loses 3

you have two jobs - protect the ball and the multi-million dollar investment that is yourself - kyler murray did the opposite today - lucky he got away with it and he's lucky he walked away from it - what kinda ish was that

I was good other than the one playing - but that one play was so bad
His entire style of play is tough for me to watch. The predetermining of his throws, lack of pocket mechanics, lack of pass reads, and unwillingness to push the ball down the field is crap to watch. Dude peaked in 2021.

nah when he's on he's on and incredible to watch - but when he's not in that locked in zone he becomes extremely vulnerable - a lot of qbs play in real time where as kyler is either one step ahead or one step behind
