    I don't recall who the coach in Dallas was but it is pretty well known that Kidd had some issue back then with the coaches Dick Motta was coach in Kidd's firt 2 seasons. I think he was replaced by that guy from Phil Jackson's staff who's name escapes me. Shortly after that Kidd was traded to Phx.

    Agreed. If Nash played for the Nuggets nobody would give a stuff about him. Put a good point guard on a talented team and he looks like a great point guard.

    Am I the only one who feels that Jason Kidd is a much better fit with the Dallas Mavericks than the San Antonio Spurs? Nope. The Mavs love to run and the Spurs are more of a halfcourt team.

    "With the team that we have, we called it small ball at times. (Assistant coach) Mike D’Antoni said, ‘It’s not small ball, it’s skill ball." That quote made me wanna puke when I read it. Plus the Suns were playing the Mavs' run and done (in the playoffs, get it?) style before even the Mavs were.

    Cabarkapa, who has a 7-1 wingspan, will see time at center, according to Johnson. Versus bigger centers, Cabarkapa will move to power forward with Amaré Stoudemire, last year's Rookie of the Year, playing center. Can't say I'm shocked.

    Anyone know the exact heights of our new guys? ESPN has Barbosa at 6-5 but NBADreft.net has him at 6-3. Zarko is from 6-11, 220 to 7-0, 235. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
