    I agree with you about the Niners. They looked pretty good. Singletary is really a piece of work. But I wouldn't sell him short. He was incredibly intense as a player and still is now. The question is whether his intensity works as a coach with players in the NFL.

    They'll probably stay in Flag because of the altitude. Whiz has said its good for training. But I hate the I-17 drive. I had a blowout last week doing 70 and it was scary.

    Couldn't agree more. At some points they sounded like they were hired simply to be cheer leaders for the front office. There also were too many distractions. The color announcer wasn't too bad but the play by play person was horrible. I was trying to get my radio going so I could get the game...

    The pass defense (or lack thereof) that we saw last Sunday still scares me. If it had not been for the late interception, we could well have blown another big lead.

    Not true. Gandy was a disaster and the rst of the offensive line did not play great either. Warner was constantly pressured. That is not to say that this was one of his better games, but there are plenty of players to share the blame.

    Singletary the motivator. The experts have been saying that Singletary's style will not make it in the NFL. Well maybe Whiz can learn something from Mike and get his players more fired up than he has thus far.

    Which was worse Warner or OL? Admittedly, Warner had a bad day but our OL was awful. The Niner's pass rush was constantly beating our people.

    One other reason is the effect of a loss on future ticket sales. This game almost got blacked out and a loss could make it more difficult to avoid future blackouts.
