    I couldn't agree with you more about the need for a "hammer" running back and am surprised you didn't include that in your immediate needs. I am concerned that, as you indicate, Arians may not be committed to a strong running game. It was uncomfortable to see how Ellington was used last year.

    Its apparent our kicker has lost confidence in himself. What do you do? Try to boost his confidence or bring in a new kicker? Neither of these options is very good.
