    Favorite War Movie?

Platoon. The most depressing movie I'd ever seen up to that point and still tugs at the heartstrings each time I watch it. It pulls absolutely no punches and was written and directed by a veteran who could say exactly what happened. The DVD has some excellent extras on it. Even though it's...

    Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

St. Patrick's Day is another excuse to imbibe in my personal favorites - Irish Carbombs!!!!

Who is your sleeper or steal of this draft?

Clarence Farmer - RB, University of Arizona I think this guy will go in the third round on a reach and be the best running back taken in the draft. This guy was a man amongst boys when he felt like turning it on at U of A. The NFL will bring out the competitor in him and he will shine.

    Dawn of the Dead (2004)

Up till the whole "barricading themselves in the mall" it is. After that, each movie goes in a different direction with how the survivors handle their situation.

    Dawn of the Dead (2004)

Went and saw a sneak preview of this last night. Good movie. Not a great movie, and nowhere near as good as the original but a pretty good horror flick nonetheless. The plot of this movie differs greatly from the original. In this one, the world is taken over by zombies and a handful...

    Who?????

I'd second that. I really thought Marcus Bell would step up big this year but Kenny King really impressed me. I think he'll continue to improve next season.

    Movie-A-Day #144: The Bourne Identity

 I loved this movie. It was just like watching a live action version of one of the Metal Gear games. I never read the books so I wasn't concerned with how faithful it was but I thought it worked very well. This movie solidified Doug Liman as a multi-talented director.

Should the Cards stock up on DE

:biglaugh: And here I was trying to find out how Marquis Walker got back on the roster.

Do the Eagles happen to play Baltimore in Baltimore this year? I'd love to see that game if it happens.

    Movie-A-Day #143: Strangeland

For as much of a horror nut as I am I have never seen this movie. I'll be honest, I had little to no faith in Dee Snyder as a writer/director/actor so I steered clear of this. Maybe I'll have to check it out.

    Worst sequel of all time?

Halloween III I can just see the pitch meeting for this crapfest. "Let's take a franchise where the storyline has been resolved and it should be finished, but take it in a new direction with no ties to the first two!" I'd also recommend Alien 3.

    Green Dislikes...

I have a feeling a lot of Mac's guys are going to find themselves on the hotseat. Green isn't going to settle for character and effort anymore - show something on the field or get out of town! That's what was missing throughout Mac's tenure. Gilmore is worth a spot at the minimum as a...

OT- playing Champ Bailey on offense

He's one of the top three CBs in the league. There is NO substitute for that. Even if he did well at being a WR he is an incredible CB so why would you trade the two? And why would you pay him that much to be a decent WR? I also agree that I would keep him as far away from special teams as...

    Steven Jackson Individual Workout

Sounds good but can someone with a little more knowledge on stats tell me how those short shuttle times are. Him running a 4.55 isn't all that impressive or detrimental so long as he can hit the line of scrimmage quickly.

Boston closer to becoming a fish!

:biglaugh: This guy needs to go to somewhere without a party scene. I can't wait to see what the South Beach scene inspires him to do next.

    Movie-A-Day #140: Hoosiers

Can't believe I've never seen it. Having gone to school for four years in Indiana, though, I can attest to Hoosiers and their love for high school basketball.

What types of movies will you "blindly" see

Asian horror. I've seen some masterpieces and some god-awful pieces of dogs***. Also, horror movies w/ a semi-cool cover. Usually I'll rent these knowing that they'll suck but figuring they'll provide some MST3K fun. That only happens sometimes, unfortunately.

    Daredevil 2

Yup, I remember that one! Only lasted a month or two, didn't it? Did you know the main character was a young Toby Maguire? Very funny and original show.

Is Catwoman still being made? I thought the studio heads admitted that was a sick joke?

    Daredevil 2

The Punisher is going to kick ass. It takes quite a bit of its story from the "Welcome back, Frank" mini series by Garth Ennis. Dark, gritty, and uber-violent work. I'm looking forward to this one quite a bit. Constantine unfortunately looks like it's gonna be a huge departure from the...

Taylor scored a 10 in Wonder test?

My only concern is that being a safety in the NFL is very much a mental position. Adrian Wilson is one of the best athletes on the field but he has rocks between the ears and always seems to find himself out of position. Is this gonna be a problem with Taylor? Anyone know Wilson's wonderlic...
