Rosen hot and cold. Just threw late across the middle... pick 6 the other way.

Memphis 41 -UCLA 31. Helluva game. Okie State called off the dogs.

Great game but I will be muting the audio. Beth Mowins is so shrieky and shrill.

After watching all three UCLA games this year Rosen should have at least 8 INT's.

He's got holes in his game. Hard to believe he is a 3rd year player with those picks and should have been picks throws. Memphis may go the full route with their remaining schedule. Navy looks like their obstacle. I think I will ride with them on my Yahoo picks to the end.

Lamar Jackson just lead his team to a 2 min 95 yd drive. Impressive. But the big question mark is if his body can take the punishment of grown LBs and DEs. He took at least two big hits on that drive that would potentially take him out in an NFL game

I was excited to watch Josh Allen...tons of raw talent but maybe he needs to stay in school another year.

Every chance I get to watch WSU I do. Luke is efficient and productive.

Watched Lamar Jackson for the first time this year last night...not impressed. He drops his eyes way too fast which is a tough trait to break. Looks like a really good college QB, but a QB who will get his coach fired if the GM takes him in the first round. Along with that, his frame looks very thin. Same critique could be made against Rosen but Rosen gets the ball out quicker than Jackson.

I just don't see the pro potential as a high round player. If I could get him in round 3, it is a different story.

Lamar had a bad game, but I don't think any other QB in the nation is dropping 30+ on that defense loaded with NFL talent. Stats may say different, but Rosen played pretty inconsistent yesterday. Darnold made some great throws, but was underwhelming against a bad Texas D, imo. Pretty much, a underwhelming day for the 2018 QBs last night.

I'll never buy into Rudolph due to the extremely easy offense he plays in while having the best supporting cast of the 3. In a conference that lacks D outside of 2 teams, too.

Jackson's game doesn't translate well at all for the NFL. He's a one read and run QB, and with oc's that will try to convert him to a drop back passer... he'd be killed in the pocket. He's very similar to Mike Vick, but Vick seemed to have a much sturdier frame than Jackson.

Every time I watch Darnold play... he makes some very very nice throws... throws that half of NFL starting qb's wouldn't be able to make, but he's a risk taker and throws into double coverages and too tight of windows every now and then. But still... his raw arm talent is off the charts, and his pocket awareness is amazing for how young he is.

Couldn't agree more.

By the way, before I get turned off by Josh Rosen, I have to realize that roster is mediocre and he carries that team. Mora should be gone. Losing the recruiting war.

Watched U Cal vs Miss State last night and U Cal has a better roster than UCLA. Go figure.

I would disagree with Josh Rosen. He made 2 bad decisions but he looked good otherwise.

What is your take on Luke Falk?

Recruiting has got to suck for an ex -NFL guy. Trying to take top recruits away from the SEC and then the lure of USC right down the road... that's why Harbaugh climbs trees and does ridiculous things to get top recruits. If you're not a program that pushes out draft picks...these coaches have to go to great lengths to get these recruits attention. Not sure if Mora has that type of eccentric personality to do that, so it's an uphill battle.

I know you didn't ask me, but.... he is a cleaner Jared Goff. Very careful with the ball and great at checking down, which he does at a blazing pace. Not afraid dumping down. Doesn't force the ball. Maybe too much like Alex Smith. He has size, a bit skinny but tall in the pocket. Average arm, but accurate as can be. Good pocket awareness and a 4 year starter. Checks his ego at the door.

I'm a huge Rosen fan, but he should've had 4 INTs instead of 2 yesterday. However, like Lamar, the team outside of them sucks.

Comes from an offense that doesn't translate to the NFL. You could say the same thing about Mahomes, but Mahomes at least has a HUGE arm & made numerous NFL throws against great defenses, too. Every physical defense I've seen Falk go against flustered him. He's pretty much average in every department. Wouldn't touch him until the 5th round.
