I am really interested to see if they can figure out a way to get Chandler Jones, Dvondre Campbell, Jordan Hicks, Devon Kennard, and Isaiah Simmons on the field together.

I would think would be quite simple no? Take off Jalen. Simmons takes that spot down in the box.

You could do quite a lot with this look on 3rd down. You can have Simmons man cover the TE, drop him into zone, rush him and have Hicks/Campbell cover the TE. Mucho options.

But they place most snaps in Nickel anyway so one of the IDL goes off and they normally bring on a slot corner. But I'm guessing now (with Alford down) you will get the extra linebacker and Simmons will take those slot corner duties.

What? He was 31/35 on FGs and 34/35 on XPs. Hardly seems like one of the worst in the NFL...

???

He made 88.6% of his Field Goals last season which made him the 8th best in the league.

I overstated it. He was merely average. From FO's annual:

Zane Gonzalez earned a second-round restricted free agent tender despite not being very good in 2019. He had a very average year in field goals and extra points, with 89% field goal accuracy that was inflated a bit by a large number of chip shots. Still, that’s better than what the Cardinals had gotten in previous years. Gonzalez also was near the bottom of the league in gross kickoff value, with the Cardinals finishing in the middle of the pack in net kickoffs thanks to a good coverage unit.

Zane was perfectly adequate last year. For as much as I loved guys like Rackers and his strong leg, Zane rarely let us down. He had a poor game against Seattle in week 3, but never missed a clutch or important kick.

Nonsense. Who wrote that crap?

He was 3rd in the league in field goal percentage.

He was 7 of 10 over 40 yards and pretty much 100% under.

He missed 1 XP.

He was 9th in kick off yards.

Not sure what you can do except everything asked of you. And he's 24 years old.
