Why isn't Washington himself making any noise? That's the real question. There is no doubt that if he did all he needed to do and he wanted to come back, he, his agent and the NFLPA would all be making some noise. He very clearly has no desire to play.

You are assuming he submitted a reinstatement application and met all the requirements. Do you really think that the NFL is just sitting on his application and he's not saying a word about it? He doesn't want to play any more. It's on him, not the NFL.

There is no way the NFL has not made decision just to blank around. I'm telling you. Dwash screwed this up somehow and he is appealing his non-reinstatement because of some screw up he did while not part of the team;;;

Then why isn't he publicly demanding an answer from the NFL? Why hasn't he filed a lawsuit? Why isn't his agent or another representative vilifying the NFL at every turn for their lack of action? Maybe because he lied. Maybe because he damn well knows why he hasn't been reinstated and doesn't want it to be made public. If he really wanted to play, he would be making every effort to do so.
